Pros: My tint is finally done and he warranties his work. He fixed problems we had with it. Cons: late to his appointments, hard to get ahold of, had to come back three times to get it right, complained and made us feeling like WE were constantly inconveniencing HIM. Price was higher than we've paid in the past. First time- windshield had clear UV coat put on it- it was completely scratched up. Also was quoted at 3 hours and they had my car all day. Second time- late to his appt, couldn't get ahold of him. Finally showed- no apology. A few hours later- called to let me know I needed a whole new windshield because when he steamed off the clear coat- "a crack" caused my windshield to break. When I got to my car- the "crack" happened when he ripped my rear view mirror off and it took a chunk of my windshield with it. No apology - told us to come back on a Sunday (when he is normally closed) so his windshield guy can put a new windshield on(no charge). Complained that we weren't on time to pick it up and he had places he needed to be. Third time- no greeting- took our keys and walked off. A few hours later we went to get our car. He stood outside on his phone and didn't acknowledge us. After 15 min, got our keys- complained that he was missing church for this. Overall- customer service is not good. The final tint result IS good, I'll give him that. And he did fix it when we weren't happy. read more

I have actually used this place 3 times. Buckeye doesn't have a lot of choices here for this kind of service, but not to worry, they do great work. Miguel is very knowledgeable and skilled. I had a stereo swap done on my f350. And the new one worked just like it should. Then I had him install a wireless backup camera then later replace that with a hardwired multi-camera.
