I've got it pretty good right now because the best glass dude in all of Arizona lives just a couple houses down from me. Driving home from work a couple of weeks ago, I got a good sized crack in my windshield. The hot afternoon sun wreaks havoc on a newly cracked windshield. The crack started out at just a couple inches in length and getting out of work the following day, it had snaked its away across a few more inches. He quite literally took care of EVERYTHING else. He called my insurance company and we did an easy conference call confirming everything. My insurance company gave him the OK to proceed (I have full glass coverage) and he slapped in a new windshield this morning for me. Super simple. Super easy. And Phil went out of his way to be sure everything was handled exactly as he wanted. I take really good care of my truck and Phil's attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were able to come to my home and replace the windshield by the next day after me calling them, so the service was quick, which I really appreciated.
