I'm talking over 45 minutes to prepare simple "food truck" food. When I approached the truck to inquire about the long delay, the owner was (again) quite rude. He never once apologized for the delay or even thanked me for my business. Overall, I am super disappointed. Crazy Cubans slow speed meant that my food from the other food truck went cold. Moreover, the Cuban entrees I tasted were some of the weakest and most inauthentic Cuban meals I have ever tried. And I know what I'm talking about. I have eaten at the best Cuban restaurants in Miami and Puerto Rico. Overall: Avoid this food truck. The food isn't that great and the owners are rude.
