This place is now on our favorites list! The absolute best grilled cheese sandwiches on the planet! Beautiful and friendly ambiance! Great prices! Be sure to try the Caprese!

Love me some good #foodtruck! Gourmet grilled cheese served with a smile. We tried the Blackberry Smoke with bacon, jalapeno and blackberry jam; the Cali with deli slice turkey, bacon and avocado; and the Ricky Ricardo with ham, pickle, and mustard. All a big yum. The avocado on the Cali wasn't quite ripe enough yet, still tasty, but that made it our 3rd place choice. Our favorite of the day was the Ricky Ricardo. A nice grilled cheese twist of a traditional Cuban sandwich. #foodtruck #yum #ReviewsByRL #roadtrip

Bacon egg and cheese biscuit, chocolate chip cookie, and Pomegranate Tea for the win!

We waited for months for them to open and have quickly made ourselves regulars! I feel confident we will be welcomed and leave full and happy each time. There's a little magic in a good grilled cheese, and you can trust you'll find one here! The selection of homemade breads will delight, and they embody comfort food at its finest! The flavored teas are addictive! There's always a fresh selection of creative sweet treats, curated gift items, stickers, and even some grab and go salads! A beautiful welcoming space with a hard working, committed team. These ladies are what service looks like when it's done right. Skip the big box chains. Eat local. Eat here. And be sure to try their breakfast!

I've been stalking this food truck online for over a month in order to find a convenient time & location to try these sandwiches out. Today the stars finally aligned and I was able to swing by while they were set up outside the Blount County Library. There was a decent line to order, and then a 10 minute wait while our order was prepared. Then... heaven! My sister and I split the Reuben and the Ricky Ricardo so we could each try two items. And because we couldn't choose just one! My sister said the Reuben was "to die for" and I personally thought the Ricky Ricardo made my tastebuds dance and sing. We loved our lunch and can't wait to stop by this food truck again very soon!

Decided to try this year for the vegan chef challenge just to see if there might be something I could eat or maybe I'd be wild and ask for the sandwich without the bread. Imagine my SHOCK when I saw gluten free bread on the regular vegan menu and asked if the GF bread was also vegan!! (Spoiler alert: it IS!) This now opens up a world of options, and more reasons to come back regularly. They have an EXTENSIVE vegan menu, and both soups offered the day I was there were vegan. The cashier told us there's a pub downstairs, with different vegan menu items. It's attached to a bookstore and has a homey, comfy feel. It's the kind of place you feel you could hang out in all day and no one would complain. The cashier was BEYOND helpful and friendly and made several recommendations for things to try in the future. The only bad thing is I wasted a year not trying this place. I'll need to make up for that!

The service provided by Sergio was exemplary, and we just cannot say enough good things about him. Hard-working, always attentive without ever being over-bearing, kind, respectful, and very knowledgeable about every menu item we asked about. We know we can sometimes ask a lot of our servers, and Sergio never hesitated or faltered in providing some of the best service we have EVER experienced. Kudos to Sergio! Not to leave out the rest of the staff - the manager and everyone else we were in contact with were exceedingly warm and welcoming. And the food! Wow! Everything we ordered (soups, lobster, steaks, and desserts) was perfectly prepared and also among the best meals any of us have ever had. My wife and I have spent a lot of time in Southern Carolina and have become huge fans of She Crab soup and we didn't think we would ever have soup as good as we get there, but we were wrong. The She Crab soup at Foothills Milling Company was better than any we've ever had, anywhere. The steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature and were seasoned just right, and the lobster was amazing. This was seriously among the best dining experiences any of us have ever had, and we will happily recommend Foothills Milling Company to everyone we know. We cannot wait for our next visit. Thank you to Sergio, the chef(s), and the rest of the staff for making our Mother's Day celebration so special.
