I'm sharing this because I wish I found someone like Casey sooner. I've had two sessions so far, and both were deeply personalized and exactly what I needed. In the first session, we revisited childhood memories and worked on rewriting the emotional experience I carried as a child, especially not being able to understand why my parents were busy and working (even though they were doing their best with what they knew). We ended with a chakra rebalancing meditation that helped my nervous system settle in a way I didn't expect. The second session focused on my recent grief and the patterns it has been triggering in my relationships. My daughter and I attended our first mommy and me yoga experience yesterday evening at Rarity Rituals, and it was truly such a beautiful experience. I scheduled an ear candling session and it was lovely. The space was very inviting and this was my first time there and I felt very safe and cozy. She had very comfy bed setup on the floor and I laid on my side and was very relaxed she performed the ear candling. Afterwards she did a little sound healing and my ears were clear! Rarity Rituals is a rare gem. I've been wanting to write this review for quite some time but I struggle to find the words to describe just how amazing Casey and her studio are. I came to Casey at one of the absolute worst times of my life. I am going through so many changes in my life all at once - big, big changes. I had looked into finding a therapist but I felt like I needed to physically release the emotions from my body. I felt like I was literally drowning in sadness and was feeling suicidal. I found Casey quite by accident but it is truly what God and the universe knew I needed. She has literally saved my life. I started doing the personal sound bath meditations and after my first session I felt like an elephant had been lifted off of my chest. I hired Casey for postpartum doula support after the birth of my first child. First, we met at her studio for a free consultation to make sure it was the right fit for what I needed. I loved her energy right away and decided to book a package with her. I'm so glad I did because I always looked forward to her visits to my home for the 5 weeks after I gave birth. She was able to answer all the questions I had as a new mom, lifted me up with positive compliments, and made me feel like I had a mini spa day after each visit which was so great for mental and physical health. I really wanted to focus on my body's healing as breastfeeding and partner support in caring for our child was going well. She tailored every visit to my needs and had suggestions when I wasn't sure what I needed. After each visit I felt so relaxed, even with lack of sleep from the newborn feeding schedule. We practiced meditation, yoni steams, wraps, massage, breathing for my pelvic floor. She even brought me homemade tea to drink each week! Communication was super easy and quick via text if I needed to ask anything about myself or baby and I was able to easily book our appointments online. PS if you're still pregnant I highly recommend a guided mediation/sound bath session with her as well before you give birth. I did one at 36 weeks while feeling VERY stretched for space and after an hour I was the most comfortable I had been in weeks! She also incorporated a lot of positive birth affirmations and reminded me my body was made for this which helped with my mindset before giving birth for the first time. Plus, it was nice to bring my husband along to join me so we could do it together. He loved it too! I would highly recommend Casey to any pregnant or postpartum moms!
