The material/rug came out beautifully; however, it was Milan that will bring me back to Paramount Rug, in Hyannis, for our kitchen/hall floor replacement needs (after the cabinets are installed). We were told no we did not need to - they could go right over it. The installation raised our eyebrows a few times but Tim and/or Matt were responsive. A little over a year later one of the planks was cracking because it ended on a grout line. Tim came out - with a new installer- to look at it. Tim basically told us we were on our own UNTIL his new installer said it was on the company due to being installed incorrectly. Tim said he would fix it 1 time only. I advised that would not be the case because his installer messed up. Anyhow, that portion on floor was replaced. Well here we are just over another year and we have same issue. We have been told we would be charged $150.00 per hour. Our response was same issue how can you charge us. Then I was asked if we had any of the product. I said yes 1/2 box. Then we were advised the flooring company went bankrupt so they couldn't do anything. What would they have done if we agreed to pay $150.00 per hour?? They were great when there were no issues!!

As part of the settlement, I had to sign a non-disclosure agreement, so I can't mention their name. Loftus was a wonderful company to do business with. I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. Jess was great to work with. This time, I had 3 rooms of new carpet, one repair where a dog had ripped up and shredded a seam, and a bunch of cleaning of existing carpets. The new carpet was high quality, and installed perfectly. The repair was so good that it is impossible to know that there was ever a problem. The cleaning turned out better than I expected. All of the workmen were super polite and did excellent work. You might save a few bucks with one of the national discounters, but in the end you will wish you had gone with someone like Loftus.

They worked around my furniture I couldn't move out of the room and left my place spotless when they were done. Couldn't be more thankful for their help. Really glad I decided to use Loftus over the big home improvement stores. (By the way, I thought it would be a lot more expensive to use Loftus, it was the same as the home imprudent stores, just with much MUCH better customer service and communication). We went to ideal flooring because the grout in our shower floor was cracked. They diagnosed the…read moreproblem as requiring both tile and pan replacement. They then did not replace the pan when doing the work. The grout cracked again quickly (within 4 months), This strongly suggests the underlying issue (likely movement, moisture, or pan failure) was never fixed. Over the course of several months we called multiple times. They set up 3 different appointments to come out and look. They never showed nor did they call to cancel or reschedule. Called the owner and he said we probably would have to replace the pan underneath.
