I had the displeasure of buying a home with Kelly Hennessy as the sellers agent. The first red flag…read morewould have been when our agent found it impossible to reach her. She seldom responded to texts, her voicemail box was always full, emails were left unanswered. Communication was horrible from the start. When our offer was finally accepted the real nightmare associated with working with Kelly began. We accepted the sellers counter offer and all of their terms. The ink didn't even have a chance to dry on the contract when Kelly was already changing certain provisions. For example in our contract certain appliances were included in the sale, not something we negotiated for but something that the sellers agent included in the contract, and moments later Kelly tries to backtrack and say they are no longer to be included. Then the contract also stated a tenant would be residing in the home until a certain date and once again Kelly informs us of the change once everything was agreed upon and signed prior. This happened multiple times with Kelly and the seller changing the date of the tenant moving out up to 3 days before closing. The fun continued when she would not provide us with accurate disclosures. There were certain major repairs done in the house that is seemed as if Kelly and her seller were attempting to hide, like hvac work and a water main break that was repaired by demolishing part of the driveway. None of these important facts were disclosed to us until we brought them up. Very unethical. Every step of the way when there was an issue where Kelly was acting unethically and not following the terms of the contract she wrote herself, she would simply say "it's a sellers market." I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. While still under contract she proceeds to tell our agent how she has so many other offers that are better than ours. Why was she trying to use scare tactics when we were under contract and moving along with the sale? Next time we are in the market to buy a house I will run away from any of her future listings.

Audra was not only friendly, but professional, and methodical about getting the home on the market and making it look its best. She provided good advice about how to present the home, coordinating the picture taking, and setup the internet listings. I couldn't believe how well the listing looked on the internet. It had beautiful aerial pictures, obviously taken by a drone, and an incredibly detailed virtual tour that really gave perspective buyers a good sense of what the home was like. Along with the great listing, she advertised and hosted an open house, to allow people to tour the house for themselves. Did all this effort pay off?
