So I place the order, noted in the order comments to leave it off the back, but when I receive my order, both sides are finished with acrylic. I email Jana, copying our original conversation and point out the mistake and that their order system doesn't even populate the order comments onto any of their docs -- not the invoice, order confirmation, etc. She tells me I should have noticed that before the order showed up and emailed them about it. No apology. No acknowledgement of error. No offer to make it right. In other words, if you have a special request, you need to tell them three or more times along with reminding them with every part of their multi step invoicing process. I'll be looking at Trotec Materials, Johnson's Plastics and others for my laser materials now.
