She was interrupting me constantly and when I would continue to talk she would tell me to "stop, stop, stop" as if I'm some child. She even went on to twist my words in front of me and my lady. When I told her stop talking to me like I'm your child. She then twisted and said "aren't you the one that said you're not immature" she was actually referring to when I said "stop talking to me like I'm your child" which frustrated me even more. She then also went on to laugh at me while I was on the call. So I asked her why the appointment was rescheduled if it was placed months in advance. She responded with "well we're all humans and things happen" ? What kinda of response is that? As a supervisor myself you don't talk like that, especially in the field you work in. She ended up contacting the manger Ms Darlene and although I will say in the her tone was respectful. The words in which she chose were not. She apologized FOR THE WAY I MAY HAVE INTERPRETED ANA. WHAT THE HELLY FR and then she asked me what I was looking to achieve ? And I said "accountability for the way your supervisor is representing you all" and she said (THE FREAKING MANAGER) said I'm not gonna give you the satisfaction. I'm not saying I was in the right but I would die on hill to say that after the first situation and being told misinformation and cancelled on before, that having an appointment set 25 days in advanced just to be canceled and then spoken too by the "supervisor" in that condescending passive aggressive intentional tone was justifiably upsetting!!! Look at the other reviews, Ms Ana has been having negative reviews. Women I won't tell you all to not come here but I will say this. If you're looking for rudeness, belittling and unreliability that this is the perfect place for you !! And I'm sorry to Ms Amy and Ms Dora who are very wonderful and professional, great people and great representation of this woman's haven location. They are awesome at their job. I just hope that the people above Ms Darlene see this and act accordingly on the people that they chose to represent them. So sad that woman have to go to a place like this.

Throughout my pregnancy, her office was always so helpful -- answering my questions as an anxious first-time mom and fitting me in for last-minute appointments when needed. My delivery was long and stressful, but Dr. Morales helped me stay calm the entire time. She worked closely with the NICU team to safely deliver my son and ultimately save his life. I had a C-section with my husband by my side, and when I found out my baby needed to go to the NICU, my husband left to be with him. I was terrified of being alone in the operating room, so I asked Dr. Morales if my dad could come in to be with me. She allowed it without hesitation, and that meant more to me than I can put into words. I will forever be grateful for her care, compassion, and support during the most important and emotional time of my life. Thank you to the staff at Willow OBGYN for caring for me. If I could give each of them a big hug | would. I have been struggling this past year and recently had a miscarriage. The staff here has made me feel better and even hopeful about the future. She cared for me throughout my entire first pregnancy, and she is currently doing the same with my second. From informing me on each part of the process to helping me think of what to include in my birth plan, I felt (and still feel) so supported. I also love her staff and the rest of the team as well! Nadia and Cassie, the nurse practitioners, are always incredible, and they are friendly and knowledgeable. With Dr. Morales, I have never felt rushed in any of my appointments-- she takes the time to listen and is not one to rush to prescription drugs when a problem arises-- she considers other methods as well, which is a big deal. As a patient, I absolutely feel seen and heard, and I am confident that I am in the best hands.

These therapists are really excellent, genuine, and really enjoy what they do. They also helped recognize the need for Occupational Therapy and provided us documentation for Tricare. In 19 years as an active duty Soldier this has been one of the best experiences of healthcare I've received for my family members. With over six months of bringing her here three times a week I have also observed a high level of professionalism of their staff and the care each therapist provided to the kids here both in the waiting room and during therapy. The first time I visited the office with Christiana I carried her in because she couldn't stand or walk after surgery. I have a bad back and they could see the pain it caused me. It was at that point I noticed the love and care from TLC by helping us with a wheelchair and gifting us a shower chair. Although there were other children's therapy closer to Cibolo we decided to continue with TLC because of the excellent first impression and quick rapport they built with my daughter. Christiana has gained so much confidence and her success here has boosted her self-esteem and enriched her mental health (especially during this pandemic). The therapy was challenging but they always introduced fun concepts into the mix both there and with the at home assignments. The snacks and drinks at the end of each session is of course something my child would look forward to the most. To my surprise the first appointment with Nikki proved to me how much her and her staff genuinely care about not only about the mothers, but the dads as well. Before this our OB would barely acknowledge my presence and here I was heard in every aspect of concern.
