He knew I was pressed to get the trailer and the racks were arriving on a Friday. Unfortunately the racks arrived an hour before close that Friday. The owner called me immediately and said they had arrived. I had an hour and 30 min drive to York. The owner said he would wait up for me to arrive. Now, that is service!!! Not only did he wait up delaying his holiday weekend, but he was as kind as could be when I got there. Service with a smile! Werner Bros comes highly recommended!

I sent a picture to them with my IVs and name band and they repoed my vehicle from the ER parking lot instead of waiting till the next morning for the payment. The inability to work for less than 12 hours with someone in a health emergency and lack of respect has me wanting to pay it off and moved forward. They will pull you in but if you're ever even late for any reason... Watch out. They don't care about you as a consumer. Their dollar is their bottom line. And the things they claimed to have fixed to pass inspection is FALSE.
