Their website repeatedly fails to generate…read morebasic documents like payment history and contracts -- it just returns errors no matter what browser I use. The mobile app doesn't even offer the option. Even worse, I've had multiple payments marked late despite having sufficient funds in my account. Payments sit in "pending" for days, then get returned after the due date, and I'm charged late fees. My bank confirmed they never rejected the transactions. There was also a situation where I made extra payments ahead of time, and the system showed my next amount due as $0 for the following billing cycle. I relied on that, but then at the end of the cycle, they suddenly charged me the full payment amount and added a late fee -- even though the app previously showed that nothing was due. That's extremely misleading. Every time this happens, I have to call customer service, wait on hold, and explain the situation just to get the late fees reversed -- which they do. So they clearly recognize the issue, but nothing is ever fixed, and it keeps happening. On top of that, customer service wait times are extremely long, and when I finally reached someone, they sent me someone else's contract and payment history after I verified my identity multiple times. That's a serious privacy concern. At this point, I have to call and pay over the phone just to avoid issues -- and get charged extra for it. As someone with a demanding schedule, I shouldn't have to repeatedly fix the same problem just to manage a basic auto loan. This system feels broken and needs serious improvement.

They had no available dates for inspection for two months prior to my return FOR THE ENTIRE STATE. My car was basically in perfect condition and was well under the mileage agreement. NMAC recommended I just return the car without an inspection. After doing that, the final bill came with a very surprising excess damage claim to the hood, which there were none visible to the naked eye. It definitely was not excess wear, which is what this charge should be for. In the end, I paid the bill, but I feel like the additional $350 in excess damage was a hoax. And without them being able to provide a proper inspection beforehand, I feel helpless and abused by the system. Do not recommend leasing through Nissan and I will never do so again in the future.

I called the dealership and found out I still had warranty on the battery. Which I was like thank God. Mind you I needed an oil change as well but I had been putting it off until payday. Her previous 2025 f250 was totaled via hail damage so we swapped the relatively new suspension and wheels & tires over to the new truck . I've bought two trucks from them before, trusted you with lift kits before. This time, I picked it up and the truck was pulling hard to the right the second I left. The manager gabe told me he confirmed it was put on the alignment machine and test driven by the tech who did the work but to come back so they could double check it, but was out to lunch when I returned so I talked to the tech that did the work directly and he actually said to me and my wife directly that he didn't do an alignment and I didn't even need an alignment--he said "on these trucks you just straighten the steering wheel along with the tires being straight". Ridiculous. Both myself, my wife and the auto plex sales rep who was standing there with us were literally speechless when he said that as that is obviously 100% incorrect. I left and took the truck with me as I clearly had zero confidence after that statement and realized the management had no issue lying about work not actually completed and took it directly to my local forddealer and had them do a full alignment, which of course was significantly out of line. The manager agreed to pay ford after being called out about lying to me and charging me anyways and then A few days later I see they didn't even bolt the steering stabilizer in--just left it hanging with neither bolt in place. I forwarded that info and pictures over to their manager and got zero response. Not only was I quoted $5,300 flat including the tow there, they overcharged me by $1800 without any heads up or explanation and lied about the work, and risked our safety. I will never recommend Hurst or Lewisville Autoplex to anyone again. They are beyond incompetent and then continue with deceptive trade practices to cover their inability to do their job correctly.
