It feels like a scam by the owner(s) to get around paying credit card fees. I have asked several times when their cc machine will be working again and I was told to ask the owners. I have no idea who the owner is or how to ask them. It's very frustrating, for that reason, I have decided that I will no longer take my pup to Plush Paws. It's ashame bc I really like them, but they have made it so inconvenient to do business with them that I rather take my business elsewhere.
