I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work.
