So two tires, oil change, and tail light replacement. He told me an hour so I popped over to the restaurant across the street and no joke, exactly an hour later my car was ready. However, I noticed the technician was already at the shop and thought to myself maybe they're busy. After waiting and never receiving a call, I returned only to be told to reschedule the appointment I already had. Very disappointing experience and to think I had an appointment set up a week before. This is not the level of service I expected from a business I have supported for years.

I paid to rent a car for a week and Felix reassured me that was plenty of time. They called yesterday and added axle assembly for same tire area. They shared this would add another $200-$250. I've now added 3 days to rental I'm paying for and they simply don't reply when asked about these prices. I feel taken advantage of because I needed the car towed and a name like HONEST sounded, well.... Just that. In my research, with OEM parts, I'm being well overcharged on each line item. they were incredibly obtuse in our initial conversation about pricing & repairs. I'll come back and edit this if I find the pricing and other details are fair. For now, I'm bummed out that people in need of help are taken advantage of due to an urgent situation. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work. My usual shop doesn't offer rotations, so I gave this place a chance...big mistake. I sat in their waiting room for nearly 2 hours. During that time, I watched a young mother next to me beg them to hurry because she had to pick up her kids, and they kept brushing her off with "5 more minutes." They told her originally it would be quick. When it came to my own service, I specifically told them I needed a different oil than what my truck recommends because of recent engine work. I made it very clear to follow the sticker from my previous shop, not the dipstick. They completely ignored me. That mistake could have seriously damaged or even destroyed my engine. To make matters worse, they didn't even rotate my tires. The next day, when I called to ask why, I was told my tires were "too bad" to rotate...yet no one bothered to tell me while I was there. Instead, they let me leave under the impression everything had been done. Yes, they were short-staffed, but that's no excuse for negligence. Failing to follow basic instructions about my oil could have totaled my truck. Save yourself the risk and the headache--do NOT trust this place with your vehicle.

Arrive at 845, go in, girl at counter pulls up my info, tells me it will be 2 hours, will I be waiting or do they need to call me when its done. I'll wait. 3 hours later I inquire about the car, they inform me job is 5+ hours and its moving along. 5 hours!!!!!! leave with me car at 1:45pm, mind u I've been there since 845am. Drive out, turn around at hobby lobby & go back, car is shimmering, etc.......they didnt secure the spark plugs, sighs. Or so they say that was the problem. I leave, park car, return & start car, check engine light is on......sighs, I go to coggin Hyundai in deland, they do diagnostics on it and inspect the engine, AIT Sensor was NOT connected, the tech was videotaping his actions/inspection under the hood and sent it to me........needless to say, I WILL NOT BE USING TIRES PLUS FOR ANYTHING ELSE.
