I paid to rent a car for a week and Felix reassured me that was plenty of time. They called yesterday and added axle assembly for same tire area. They shared this would add another $200-$250. I've now added 3 days to rental I'm paying for and they simply don't reply when asked about these prices. I feel taken advantage of because I needed the car towed and a name like HONEST sounded, well.... Just that. In my research, with OEM parts, I'm being well overcharged on each line item. they were incredibly obtuse in our initial conversation about pricing & repairs. I'll come back and edit this if I find the pricing and other details are fair. For now, I'm bummed out that people in need of help are taken advantage of due to an urgent situation.
