Today I called Boulevard Tire Center in Orange City to verify they could do a front end alignment on my wife's Jeep. They told me that the alignment machine was not being used at that time and that they could complete the work immediately if I brought the vehicle in. I was also told the cost would be $129. I took the vehicle to their location and they started on it immediately. I waited approximately 45 minutes for them to complete the work. While waiting I sat inside the clean customer area and watch TV while they performed the work on my vehicle. When the job was finished I was called to the front desk and was told the condition of the vehicle by the tech who completed the work. All news about my vehicle was good and he had no problems with the service on my vehicle. I will definitely return if I need front end alignment work in the future. read more

Purchased my tires from Boulevard tire in Belleview with a 80,000 mile tire warranty. 38,000 miles into the tires they were worn out. I contacted Boulevard tire in Belleview and they told me that the specific tire that I have is no longer manufactured and the tire manufacturer has been bought out by another tire company so there would be no warranty on the tires. I contacted the tire warranty department and they told me this was not true . They recommended I contact discount tire in Ocala to process the warranty. I contacted discount tire in Ocala and was provided a full warranty on the tires and The tires were replaced with the manufacturer warranty. read more

Overall friendly group of people. Came in for a four wheel alignment. 4 hours later I asked for an update on the progress of the work. The said the guy working on it was having trouble with it. Really 4 hours later and I have to ask for an update. They didn't offer up any information until I asked. They told me he was having trouble getting the steering wheel straight while driving the car. And they now have two guys working on it. They waited 4 hours to get some help for the guy. Completely unacceptable. After 4 and a half hours they completed the work. They went above and beyond and didn't charge me for the service because of the amount of time they took before they updated me on the status of the work. Gave them one more star for that. I'm done with this shop after being a loyal customer for 17 years. I've bought, at least, 7 sets of tires, wheels and countless services. No more. The new management is extremely rude. The new woman behind the desk is rude and wouldn't even speak to me any of the several times I've walked in since she arrived. I asked the guy whether I had a problem with their alignment or with my balancing. He said, loudly and rudely, "Well, it'll cost you 25 bucks to find out." Even if that is their policy, that's no way to speak to any customer, much less, one that's been there 16 years before he showed up. Yesterday, I needed two tires for my Gator and thought I'd see what they could do. Visited Boulevard Tire Center to check my tire and it had ok then ask Brian a quote for the 90,000-mile tune-up with spark plugs and Brian gave me a quote of $443.92 and I shop around, Meineke at $232.00 and Chrysler Dealership the maker of PT Cruiser offer $281.22, obviously, the Boulevard is quite pricey. Shop around other auto shops and save money big time. read more
