Purchased tires a couple months back and was told they stand behind their products and that the tires had a warranty. Today proved this is NOT the case. The front tires had a bounce to them and upon investigation they told me my truck caused the tires to go bad. (The same truck that had a complete service and check prior to getting the tires due to an expiring extended warranty). They do NOT stand by what they sell. read more

Nice sounding guys, but it felt more like a bartering service. Getting new tires shouldn't be a back-and-forth price debate. My over the phone price of $200 was increased to $250 when I got there because of "larger after-market rims" but we've owned the car since new and no modifications have ever been done on it. Assuming they weren't scamming me, make sure you know what tires you need before driving there. After my replacement was finished my brother informed me that the back tires had just been replaced - these guys didn't say that, and instead replaced them all (probably to re-sell the new tires). Definitely prioritizing highest profit over returning customers. read more

HORRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! I purchased tires and paid for tire rotation. I had 2 bald tires in the front and my back ones were new. My computer will show if I have low air or not. I've had them for a year with no issue. The little boy said he found a nail in my tire and said he will plug it for $30. I said no please don't touch my other tires they are fine, I have no issues with those and if there is a nail I will have my nephew plug it when I get home. On my way home with my daughter my tire goes flat. Now I have my kid , it's raining, and money out my pocket for the $180 purchase for 2 used tires! When I called and asked the little boy why would you do that to me over $30? I told you if there was a nail don't touch it! He said I can't help you oh well. Then I call back to talk to the older man with the strong accent to tell him how unprofessional they are and that he messed with my new tire, he called me a "bitch" and said "do what you gotta do!!" read more

We visited the Blue Spring State Park and needed a quick tire repair before our 21 hours drive. The guy took our tire out, checked for leaks on the spot and was able to find/repair it in no time. I needed just a single tire today in an emergency because the belt broke in one of my tires but the other tires still have plenty of tread and drive-ability. Let me state right off...I'm not that knowledgeable about tires or tire service and I have a friend I trust to do my mechanical care on my car except for tire care. I went to this shop. The owner (and apparently only employee) was busy putting tires on a car and had another couple of customers waiting. He asked what he could do for me and I said I needed just one tire. He looked at my car and said oh I have just the thing. He put it IN THE TRUNK and I paid for it. Though I paid the same price later at a REPUTABLE tire store and they put the new tire on, balanced and rotated my tires for the same price. So much for service at Tire Depot. I then went to see my mechanic friend, thinking he would help get the tire changed out. He was surprised that the tire guy hadn't changed them out. And unfortunately, my mechanic friend doesn't do any tires (something to do with a different kind of insurance). He did suggest a DIFFERENT tire service. To make a long story short, it turns out that not only did the owner of Tire Depot not put on the new tire, but he sold me a SNOW TIRE...in Florida. In summer. In addition, the tire had dry rot AND had been sprayed inside with fix a flat. When I took the tire back, he ACTUALLY said, "Studless" IS THE BRAND NAME. Seriously. He did give me a refund. And then he took the tire, the snow tire, with dry rot,...and fix a flat inside....back on the sale stack. Not in the throw away and recycle pile. Go figure. I just hope that the next person he tries to sell this tire to will not have to drive more than five miles on it, as that is about as far as it will go. The Tire Depot business card actually says "the best quality used and new tires and wheels." Take that with a grain of salt. read more

No good! One of the tires they put on has a staple in it they should've pulled out. They didn't check the air in all my tires which I think any good professional place should to make sure they aren't sending anyone out in a death trap. My car was out of control driving home! When I got home I checked the pressure in all my tires, there was a 20 lb difference front to rear!! The rear tires were 10lbs under the suggested psi and the front were 10lbs over! Went to the Tire Depot because I had bought one used tire a month before and it was Okay then I went back because my two front tires were getting low on tread the One man working was same guy as the first time He shows me two tires that looked OK he says $100.00 for the two tires I though it was a little high in price for the tires that sell new for $60.00 each I just need to get my car going so I said put them on "very bad Idea!" He comes back out of the little shop and told me one tire was bad never showed me the bad bubble on the side of tire he claimed was bad !! then comes back with a tire that looked 10 years old with spider webs all over it I told him I DON'T WANT THAT CRAP tire on my car he then said he would give me $10..00 back that was the only one he had that would fit my car dumb me I was being SCAMMED by him the tire was vibrating bad when I left the place I went back he said drive it until tomorrow see if it gets better " Like a fool I did " it got worse I go back tell him it's not better it's NO good !! he then puts on the mate to that bad tire IT WAS BAD TOO! I go back tell him it's vibrating bad in the front he doesn't listen to me he goes and takes off the other $50.00 dollar tire that was good does NOTHING about the BAD tire gives me a line of B.S I still have the BAD tire in my possession to show the BBB it was dry rotted out of round junk tire!!
