Contacted this shuttle company regarding a lost wallet and the interaction was unhelpful and dismissive from the start. I was told the bus had not moved and that it had already been checked. When I asked if the driver could be contacted directly to confirm, that request was brushed off. I also asked if camera footage could be reviewed, and was told that "it wouldn't help," without any real explanation. Considering items can be overlooked or handled by different staff, asking to verify with the driver or check footage are reasonable steps in a lost property situation. Instead of assisting, I was made to feel like I was bothering them for simply trying to follow up. Customers have the right to ask for updates and expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Even if nothing was found, the way this was handled was dismissive and unprofessional. read more

Highly unethical. I was told by the driver that tip was not included so I tipped in cash. Once I received the invoice there was tip added on there. Once I reached out I was told "At this time the driver has already been paid out for this ride" and they refused to refund the additional tip. This is just poor business. read more

Clean cars, prompt and courteous service, they know all the fastest routes around town, and offer decent, competitive prices. Carl was our chauffeur and he was fantastic. The limo was nice and clean. Lights on the ceiling, champagne flutes, bottles of water and glasses for manly drinks. I was finishing my second glass of wine at this point and was feeling good. I was looking for a bucket just in case but didn't find one. Well, there goes that option. Carl was so fantastic that we specifically asked for him to pick us up when we called the limo company. If you like the good ole bait and switch, THIS IS THE PLACE! We booked a airport transfer and we're given a confirmation of 88 USD. After we receive a charge for 133 USD. When we inquired, they told us there is a surcharge and prices are subject to change. The driver also noted it was 1.5 hour trip. WE LIVE 20 minutes away from the airport! Good ole fashion crooks! Oh and stupid of us but we still tipped the driver. Tip: if you have no other choice and have to book these people, don't tip as they already include it and you'll likely get charged more anyways. read more

As a former bellman I am quite familiar with AWG and have never had any issues with them. So, when a friend was looking to have a limo for her daughter's quinceanera I had no's issues recommending AWG. We went to their office in person 1 month before the event a made a reservation for 2 hours for a Sprinter Limo that could hold 12 people. We also called two days ahead to confirm the reservation. Instead of a limo a bus showed up and they refused to honor the reservation. Instead they said nothing was available and we would have to wait 1 hour. So instead of two hours in a limo it was reduced to one on her daughter's special day. Day ruined. Good job AWG! What is the point of making a reservation. read more

As a birthday treat my incredibly sweet man scheduled a limo ride to and from the airport this last weekend. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we landed in Las Vegas around 8:20pm. We had purchased tickets to a show at 9:30pm that night, so naturally we were rushing. I mentioned it to the driver nicely hoping to avoid the usual slow walk through the airport and small talk. We were pretty tired and upon hearing about our predicament he was kind enough to acknowledge our situation and rush us to the limo. He put our things in the trunk and off we went. He told us not to worry and that we would make it. It was only a 12-15 minute drive max that cost $130 total keep in mind. When we arrived at the hotel we got our things, thanked him, and hurried off to check in. Prior to exiting the limo I asked my man quietly if we need to tip the driver since it has always been customary during our previous trips. He said oh no this trip had the gratuity already included. AWESOME RIGHT!? I have noticed this trend, tip at the same time as you pay, or tip via an app after the fact to eliminate fumbling for cash while juggling bags. So we are no stranger to the tipping etiquette. With that being said shit got weird right after we got our bags from the trunk. The driver was standing there waiting for a tip. He made it incredibly akward. I felt it, my man felt it, and we said thank you politly of course and went on our way. He wasn't standing there watching us depart, no. He waited for his secondary tip, realized he wasn't getting more as we got our things, and proceeded to storm off back to his drivers seat visibly upset with a completely different F U both attitude. We walked away shocked. We canceled our return ride to the airport and ended up taking Uber for $12 in an Audi with the nicest driver! Learned our lesson the hard way. We will never ever book with this company again. Very sad realizing the service we were receiving was all show hoping for more. $130 bucks for a 15 minute tops ride is ridiculous, but we enjoy the occasional splurge so why not right? Wrong. I booked a shuttle bus (through the Wynn Wedding Salon services) for our wedding party, family, and photographer to transport us from the Wynn to Paris. Our wedding coordinator let us know that the shuttle bus was 5 minutes away so we went outside to wait. We were outside for about ~15 minutes or so waiting for the bus. Once we got on the bus, the driver wasn't very friendly towards our group. Firstly, he refused to change the music station. When we had asked for an additional stop (we wanted In-N-Out and would've paid extra if needed), he flat out said "no, I'm not going to stop anywhere". When we arrived at Paris at the side entrance and he just opened the door and didn't come out to greet us on our way out. There's so many other transportation companies in Vegas, but unfortunately companies like AWG have contracts with hotels so you may not have a choice in what you get. read more

I had a reservation for a transfer from the airport to the Hotel. My original flight was delayed for several hours and I missed a connecting flight. Once I got my new flight information I contacted AWG and gave them my updated flight information. Although I never received an updated email or confirmation I was assured the driver would be there when the flight landed. My flight landed slightly before 11:00pm. By the time we deplaned it was 11:00pm and then I spent the next 20 minutes trying to find the driver. I did not have any bags checked but I walked up and down each baggage claim section then walked in front of the pick up station outside. There's were a lot of drivers and cars but none of them for me. After about 25 minutes I figured I'd just take a taxi. The taxi driver dropped me off at the hotel and by 12:15am I was in my room. At approximately 12:30am I received a text from the driver stating he was there at the airport. This was over 90 minutes after my flight arrived. I do not recommend this car service to anyone. They are highly unreliable. read more

I have used AWG Ambassador transportation services three times for transportation from LAS airport. Each time the service has been stellar. The AWG drivers met me at baggage claim, arriving even before I did, texted me as I disembarked the plane to tell me what baggage claim carousel my baggage would be at, and were waiting there to greet me and fetch my bag off the baggage carousel when I arrived. I made a reservation online for a one-hour sedan pick up for a one-way trip from Mandalay Bay to Bellagio. I received a confirmation email soon after. The rate confirmed was $55 for an hour with the ability to cancel 24 hours in advance. One week later I received a new email confirmation, saying the price was now $200. When I called they said, "Oh, there's a convention that weekend so the price increased." They explained the $200 was for 2 hours, but you don't have the car for two hours, just the amount of time it takes to drop you off at the hotel. "Also, that's the limo rate, but we can't guarantee a limo, and you can't do the sedan rate that week". She then said, "Do you want to keep the reservation or cancel it? If you keep it, I'll charge your card now." I said, "Wait a minute, it's a week away. When I made the reservation the terms allowed me to cancel within 24 hours." She then said, "Oh, that's changed too. Since there's a convention we're charging your card 1 week ahead of time with no refunds." I explained I felt mislead since this information was not on the website when I booked the driver. She said, "The website wasn't updated". What great service to penalize a customer for your inability to have accurate information on your website. So now, I'm completely screwed as all of the competitors are booked up. Regardless of my need for a driver, I refused to give this company my business, and canceled the reservation. I find it incredibly shady to change the rate last minute, and also change the terms of which I entered the agreement on. I would never, ever, give these people any business. And if you give them your credit card number, prepare for them to charge the card at their own leisure, not when the confirmation says it will be charged. read more

Limo driver "Alex" was paid to take my friends and I to "Stoney's" country bar. Drops us off in front of a business called "Las Vegas Bull". Tells us that "Stoney's" is around the corner of the building. He leaves and we walk around like he told us to and no Stoney's! We find out from Locals and confirm with Google that Stoney's is Permanently closed and the business that took its place (Las Vegas Bull) is also Permanently closed. When we call "Alex" back and tell him that he took us to a closed business, he wants to charge us again to come get us. After trying to mediate the situation, he refused to return without payment. Updating to add review of customer service response to this issue: AWG customer service promptly after reading this and receiving my email. They agreed to refund the entire amount, as our experience did not meet their service and performance standards. And offered to provide us a tour in an upgraded vehicle on our next visit to Vegas. (Evidently they do not supply beverages other than water/ice and glasses which does require a special request - and although we heard the concierge ask for beverages their call recordings don't indicate he did, perhaps he was speaking with another limo company when we heard his words.) Mitchell at the concierge desk @ Caesars suggested a 2 hour tour of Las Vegas in an air conditioned limo complete with water sodas & lots of ice. They booked it thru this company, AWG. When the limo arrived it was already overheated inside and the air coming out the vents was barely chilled. And no beverages and ice. When questioned the driver said "it'll just take a bit to cool off." So we left the hotel to begin the tour. 15 mins into the ride, having seen nothing yet but traffic and the front of the Belagio Hotel, the air temp hadn't gotten any better and 2 of our party were feeling ill from the heat. When we questioned the driver again he said "well what do want? its a black car in the desert!" At that point we told him to return us to the hotel, that the ac clearly needed maintenance, and that our ride completely unsatisfactory. Upon returning to the hotel we explained the situation to Mitchell the concierge and while he was sympathetic, he brought us water, all he could say was that he would get with his manager and do what he could for us. We let him know that all we wanted was to *not* pay for the ride. He assured us he would take care of the issue. He was unsuccessful. Or didn't try. Not sure which, don't care. Mitchell called us the next day, sharing that the limo company reversed the charge for a 2 hour ride and would charge us for 1 hour, because "we did ride in the vehicle." We let him know anything less than a full refund was not going to cut it and that as the "booking entity" we trusted their recommendation and they needed to find a way to make it right. He said he'd go back to his manager and see that he could do. Not expecting much. Going to call this company myself, not expecting any love, then calling the credit card company to dispute the charge. Contract with them at your own peril! read more

Do not trust this company with your money or credit card. I made a reservation for a round-trip in the same day from the airport to a business meeting and back to the airport. The morning of the trip, I called to change the reservation to hourly billing (5+ hours). The company charged me for a no-show for the return to the airport even though I was on hourly billing. When I called to challenge the charge, they refused to correct their error and said that I should have specifically canceled the 2nd leg of the round-trip! Crooks. Plain and simple. read more

I was picked up to go to UNLVino this March by AWG for my birthday. I was anticipating all the wine I was about to consume plus not driving made it all the better. When the nice Mercedes Sedan came I was impressed by the look, simple but classy...I know it sounds cliche but it is true. Inside it was clean and the ride was smooth enough to catch up on all the latest gossip with my sister ....just kidding we actually were discussing the latest drop in the Dow Jones. The return ride was just as fabulous after tasting some of the best wines the free market had to offer. If you look them up, they provide airport shuttle AWG Ambassador... but I think they're also "Ritz Transportation" Airport kiosk window: guy was not friendly, sorta had an I-don't-want/care-for your-business attitude Driver: friendly. They leave the airport within 15min. Pick up from hotel: horrible. I got to the pick up location ten minutes early, waited thirty minutes, called them up to see if anyone was going to pick me up. Well, they got someone over to me in 15min, so that wasn't too bad, I suppose, and we got to the airport in good speed (less than 20 min, prob more like13min). But wasn't too happy that they didn't get a person over to me. Note: you must call them at least 24hrs prior pick up. Recommended: ask them about the vehicle that will be picking you up from hotel (ex: what's the color? how do i know it's my shuttle? etc) so that you don't confuse it with other shuttles. read more

AWG made a BAD SITUATION WORSE. In summary, driver called me (the travel coordinator) to confirm (1) the cell # of my CEO she was picking up & (2) to say she was 10 minutes out. My CEO calls me 10 minutes later to say the driver called him and said her car broke down, there's no one else available & and my CEO is SOL. Then the company calls me and offers to NOT charge us for the pickup that never happened - are you kidding me? How freaking gracious. AWG left a frequent traveler stranded w/out offering alternate transportation ... and w/ 60 minutes to make his flight. They provided completely unprofessional service. read more

We opted for a Town Car from AWG Ambassador from the Aria due to a long line at the Taxi pick up. The driver proceeded to not know the best way to the airport, be unaware of ongoing construction, and stated "You have to be aggressive, you can't just politely ask to be let over...." ..."please let me over." We would have been way better off waiting in the long line for a cab, it would have been cheaper and probably would have gotten us to the airport faster. No idea how the Limo service is, but I hope the drivers are better. read more

I booked this company for my son's 21st birthday to pick us up from the hotel and tour the strip then take us to the restaurant for dinner. I reserved a 12 passenger Mercedes sprinter. The driver was to pick us up at 3:30 pm. At 3:25 pm I received a call from AWG that the vehicle broke down en route to the hotel. I asked them if they could send another vehicle like the one I reserved, but was told they did not have that vehicle available but would send another vehicle. I asked are they offering a discount and was told 25%. I was like is that all? The lady on the phone kept putting me on hold to speak to somebody. I asked to speak to the owner, but they claimed she wasn't available. I asked who it was and the lady said Shannon. I called back to speak to her, but they said she wasn't available but a lady named Daniella, who said she was the owner, spoke to me. She stated the 25% discount was all they could do and that the vehicle they sent cost way more than what I had reserved. With only 12 guests, DID NOT NEED A VEHICLE that big. Since all my guests were already in the lobby waiting, I decided to go in the other vehicle, which was a 36 passenger bus with no A/C -- it was over 115 degrees that day. Due to the time we left the hotel, I asked the driver to just take us to the restaurant. I was charged the entire 1.5 hours minus 25% for a 10 minute ride. AWG also does event planner. This review is for that part of the company. Issues: - photographer they booked showed up late to the wedding so we were unable to get photos with the guests as they arrived for cocktail hour. - digital photos provided had to be resized and fixed. My husband spend hours fixing them so they could be printed. - the song list provided ahead of time , was not followed by the live entertainer they booked. So no first dance song! - the bar they arranged, doubled booked us and we were down graded from the vip area. - there was meant to be a cash bar. However, they charged us per person instead I would not recommend them to anyone planning an event in Vegas. read more
