There is mold everywhere this place is going to get me sick and it smells like poop.the seats are even dirty and the tv doesn't even work

Buffi is the best driver worldwide! I appreciate her warm smile, helpfulness, and safe driving. She's always a pleasure to see.

Buffi is truly the best driver in the world. She greets everyone with a warm smile and goes out of her way to help, from assisting with bags to ensuring a safe drive. Managing so many people each day can't be easy, but she makes it look effortless. Thank you Buffi!!

I got a couple of nice surprises. First, I expected a little shuttle van but instead a large new coach arrived. Second, I expected the bus to be half empty, it was almost completely full. The driver, sorry I forgot his name (Tony?) kept making funny remarks, singing on the mic (sounds terrible but funny), etc. He drove safely and that's was most important to me. Lake Mead and Hoover Dam area is so beautiful. The driver let us off at Hoover Dam for about 2 hours, I think. It was plenty of time to walk across the bridge, walk through other areas crossing from NV to AZ, to see the dam from different angles. The souvenir shop and café for lunch were opened. The interior dam was not due to pandemic closures. Maybe I'll get to go inside next time. The weather (April) was beautiful. Just right - not too hot or cold but it was somewhat windy. Sky was so blue and beautiful as you can see in the pics.

The vehicle passes us 15-20 miles faster, crossing among the four lanes (including the POV lane) and winding up back in the POV lane. It has the Wellness Transport logo on both sides. Unfortunately, the driver was driving so fast and changing lanes I couldn't identify who was driving. I would not want to have my loved one transporting them anywhere. And you should not, either. If I had still been in uniform and on duty at the time, the driver would have been cited. GET IT TOGETHER, Wellness Transport!

But…read moreafter seeing that there was already another review complaining about this company's bad driving, I decided to leave a review myself. I saw a woman driving a Wellness Transport van with the id MV 6152 on the 95 in Henderson. She was swerving in and out of the lane lines, was crossing multiple lanes without signaling or making sure the lane was clear, almost rear end someone a few times, and nearly side swiped my truck twice, among other things. I thought for sure that she was distracted or on her phone. But when I looked inside her car, the driver was staring STRAIGHT AHEAD with both hands on the wheel. I even took a picture of the van just because of how terribly she was driving. I can't imagine trusting this company with a medical transport. This company has no business operating if all its drivers are this bad.

The Vegas Monorail is actually pretty efficient going about 50 mph along about a 4-mile stretch of the Strip. Trains arrive frequently so you never have to wait long. It's a pretty comfortable ride and quick. In the mid 20th century, the monorail seemed like it would be the future of mass transit. Perhaps, the most well known is Disney World in Orlando built in the early 1970's. Monorails aren't really the best for mass transit. They are expensive to build. But there are rare exceptions where they can work. This is if put in high touristy area for a short distance. This is along a 4-mile stretch of the strip. But this wouldn't be good to expand the monorail to downtown Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, etc. It'd be prohibitively expensive to build many miles of track & need the land to build elevated track. Another example is in Seattle about 1 mile from Seattle Center, where the space needle & site of the 1962 World's Fair showing how the monorail was going to be the future. Goes from Seattle Center to downtown Seattle. People ride it for the convenience of getting between the 2 touristy areas and just for fun nostalgic value. As for the Vegas monorail, I had been on it a couple of times when visiting Vegas with my parents. In November 2019, my girlfriend of that time & I were there for a wedding. We rode the monorail for convenience once to efficiently travel from south to north the entire length from OYO (walking to MGM Grand where the southern most stop is) to Sahara (northernmost stop). We hung at Sahara & Strat, where another friend was staying. Then took Uber to downtown where we staying. We found the Vegas monorail to be efficient & enjoyable. It's kind of no frills and doesn't go that far, but it does the job to get you to where you want to go. Unfortunately, the Vegas monorail may be defunct in 2035 as Elon Musk's Boring Company is building tunnels all across the Vegas Valley, which will be dozens of miles of private driverless Tesla going to lots of stops underground. It'll cover a lot more land, but there are a lot of downsides too. One of which is monorail will not be needed anymore.

Still a great deal after all these years!…read more Even with the popularity of Lyft and Uber as well as Zook, you can't beat the convenience of being able to hop on and off from location to locaction while being covered from the elements. Which during summer or rain is priceless. They have recently added new pay stations which make it even easier to ride. Give the monorail a consideration when staying on or along the strip. Thank me later!

These are our senior parents, which is exactly why we went the extra mile to arrange private transportation for them. We wanted to be there waiting at the door, making sure they were comfortable, safe, and taken care of every step of the way. They have never experienced being transported in a limo before, and this was supposed to be a special moment and a beautiful memory for all of us. We were excited to capture their faces and reactions as they arrived. Unfortunately, that moment was taken away from us because the instructions we provided were not followed. We understand that things can happen, but when you go out of your way to plan something special for your loved ones, it is extremely disappointing when something so important is mishandled. This was more than just a drop-off location--it was a moment we can never get back.

I was told the bus had not moved and that it had already been checked. When I asked if the driver could be contacted directly to confirm, that request was brushed off. I also asked if camera footage could be reviewed, and was told that "it wouldn't help," without any real explanation. Considering items can be overlooked or handled by different staff, asking to verify with the driver or check footage are reasonable steps in a lost property situation. Instead of assisting, I was made to feel like I was bothering them for simply trying to follow up. Customers have the right to ask for updates and expect a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Even if nothing was found, the way this was handled was dismissive and unprofessional.
