We were going to move forward with booking again per their message instructing to do so, and now they say they can't book out over three months in advance. No issue with the policy, but the bad communication and ghosting is a huge red flag. Edit: Booking request was for December, April 1 was the quote as mentioned, April 23rd I confirmed I'd like to move forward with booking they asked for final details to secure booking that day. They then ghosted when I provided what they requested (Follow up emails send 4/24, 4/26, 4/29). I tried contacting them through Yelp June 6th as they never responded. They responded and again asked for final details to secure booking and then informed me of their three month policy after all of this. If their company policy is 3 months, no problem, but this was not communicated at all for two months and they consider ghosting as communication of their policies.

By that time, the charge had went through as $179 and the $163 charge was pending. At first, I thought this was a small enough amount to forget about it but at least wanted a receipt for the charges. After following up multiple times, they refunded me the difference but couldn't tell me why I was charged incorrectly. If you book with them, make sure to ask for a receipt afterwards to avoid random upcharges - it seems like they will do it if you don't say anything.

The shuttle starts at the boarder right next to Tijuana (TJ). I was the second stop of the day and by the time it made it to my stop there were 2 seats left out of 13 available. The language on the shuttle is 99% Spanish and 1% English. Everything from announcements to updates from the driver is done in Spanish. Look it's cool if you want a TJ to Vegas bus with Spanish speaking only. Pick up in TJ and do you. Don't make this seem like it's an American shuttle where English and Spanish are spoken equally. Charging ports? Yeah for the driver. Don't expect you will be able to charge your devices at your seat. The seats are built for that of a child or small adult. I'm 5'11 220 was stuffed like a sardine. The stops!!! I get if you're going to stop but say that up front in the ticket itenarry. We literally made 4 stops. One that was 45 minutes "getting snacks, gas and driver sitting on his ass eating chips. We were delayed over an hour. Never ever in a million years would I recommend this trouture chamber you're better off on many other forms of transportation.

I called crown because the service I used 5 months ago had moved to another area and I saw the good reviews so I thought I would give them a try. I called asking about airport transportation and said I needed both ways and the lady said it was the usual amount I have paid with other companies. I had given her my flight information for my arrival flight and my return flight. Looking back at it now it seems like she was trying to ignore the return trip back to the airport. The driver arrived on time which was good, but when I asked if I could go somewhere and get juice and pop he kept pushing me to a liquor store saying they would have what I needed. I don't drink but whatever. We get there and the drinks were $6 for a 2 liter. The place was in a dark area and seemed kind of shady. They didn't have what I really wanted but I got something and spent $25 on 4 2 liters. After I got back to the limo the driver goes back inside it almost seemed like he gets a kickback to take us to that place which makes sense because of how adamant he was about going there. We arrive at the hotel after a 35 minute trip from pickup at airport to the hotel. I never received anything about the return trip back to the airport so I called the morning of and asked. I was told that no I wasn't in the system and they don't offer round trip service from the airport. They want you to pay double what you would pay with other limo services in the area. I didn't bother getting into it I know I was super clear that I thought I was getting round trip service. If you don't offer that tell me when I book. If I have to pay each way tell me when I book. But don't just book me for the trip from the airport and ignore all the times I said I needed return service leaving me hanging on the day I am supposed to return home. It just seems like Vegas has changed a lot recently when you go to a some restaurants they ask you what side do you want making it sound like it is included with the meal when it is not. It seems like everyone is out to just get money from you now there and not care about future business by you. It's disappointing because in Vegas they used to treat you very well and I always would tip very well because I liked being treated well. Those days are over though it's all about how can we get as much money from you now who cares if you come back.
