So I called and left a message and received a call back the following day. I explained to the person on the phone I couldn't get onto their website so she asked a few questions about my house etc. And gave me an estimate and told me when she could schedule. Luckily something opened up sooner than the previous date range so I said yes please come sooner. Since it had been a while since my gutters were cleaned and we've seen some overflow with the heavy rains. They came I happened to be home and they apparently cleared a good amount of debris, since I saw one of the crew carrying a big trash bag with a big wad of stuff at the bottom. Rolando was able to come over the following day. He performed a thorough interior and exterior inspection of our roof and clearly documented the issues including providing pictures. He clearly explained our options and the benefits and costs of each of them. We chose to have our roof completely replaced. He sent a crew over the following morning to temporarily repair the problem. And, we were able to schedule the work within a week. He and his crew completed the roof in a single day. They were extremely professional. Rolando provide a full set of before and after pictures and the crew left the area around our townhouse cleaner than they found it. He also arranged for a contractor to perform the necessary interior repairs which were completed the following week. When it comes to finding a roofing contractor it's usually more stressful because it's probably a high dollar repair/replacement and it's something that probably needs to be fixed asap. I ended up choosing Select Construction and they did an amazing job repairing my leaking rooftop terrace. Their crew was professional, courteous and hardworking. Even when I had questions afterwards, they immediately came back out and took the time to answer all my questions. They have my recommendation.

I have the same problem as other customers with metal roof installation. They leak water. Consider yourself lucky if you catch it before it destroys your home. The poor installation was done very quickly and they did not seal under or around the roofline before they slapped the roof on my home. BEWARE!! They do not have or honor any warranty on their poor craftsmanship!!
