One thing after another was wrong with this work so Beware. Worse... The Ashburn VA Service Manager doesn't return phone calls. We had to get the dryer vents cleaned twice becaise the first time lint was left in a trap not removed so we had smoke when the dryer was turned on. Our teak furniture has huge bleach marks because they neglected to cover it. We have dead spots in our lawn and a neighbor lawn. And flowers around house were dead and I am not certain two of our bushes will make it. read more

We used this Company recently and although the workers were on time polite and very nice to work with but we had the worse experience with Larry Miller the owner of this company when we called him after the job was done re: some issues that needed attention I.e. The outdoor fixtures were not working due to bulbs damaged from cleaning, some screens not cleaned after the brick was power washed, under the deck stone patio area was left dirty from debris and cleaning deck, Wood Blinds in bedroom fell after they left, etc. he was rude and unprofessional to say the least. Larry has zero knowledge of customer service and was rude and argumentative Saying he wasn't there so therefore doesn't know what happened totally disregarded the issues we had with some minor issues such as dead bulbs. He said we had "cheap fixtures" by Builder (Which in fact they are top of the line fixtures upgraded by us not by builder) and our wood blinds are "cheap" (in fact we have Hunter Douglas top quality). Do not use this company they take your credit card before they arrive over the phone and once done don't want to address issues. read more

I recently (April 2018) had my windows washed, inside and out, the screens, plus had my dryer vents cleaned. The two techs who performed this service were on time, polite and very thorough with their work. My windows real shine now! The technicians who performed this service were very professional, and thorough. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you are home everyday. I asked them to call me before they came to the house but they never did. You can't call them because nobody picks up the phone and you have to leave a message. Finally an office manager called me back and said they were there but she couldn't actually confirm that they were at my house. She said she was going to follow up but she never did. read more

We received a preliminary estimate for the work that was very reasonable. However, when the cleaners showed up to do the work, we received the actual price - about three times the original estimate. Seemed a bit shady to me. We needed to have the work done quickly, so we proceeded anyway. The actual cleaning work was fine. read more

We used this Company yesterday and are so pleased with the results! The two gentlemen who cleaned our windows and screens wore masks and booties due to Covid and did such a great job. They were incredibly efficient and very kind. I did not even realize that the screens were back on the windows because everything was so clean and clear. Also, I did get a couple of estimates prior to setting this up and found their pricing to be incredibly fair. For gutter cleaning: They were very courteous over the phone and the men that came out were professional. But they said that they would also do a shed in the backyard. I noticed the men were gone before they had done the shed so I quickly called. They were onto their next job and wouldn't come back. I feel like if you promise someone something you should do it. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get up there and do it myself, and there is a reason I wasn't going to in the first place. Just disappointed. read more

Larry Miller sold his company last year to investors who do not have the slightest interest in customer service or in continuing the good name of Larry Miller-- they are only interested in making money and screw the customers that Larry Miller has cultivated over many years with great customer service and professional work. Do not use this company-- it is not the same. When I made an appointment for window cleaning and power washing, they called me the night before to tell me that I had been "undercharged" all these years and the price should actually be $800 more for windows and power washing. When you call into the company their voice mail (because they never pick up) says they return calls "in 10 minutes" but that is a joke-- they don't pick up or answer calls the same day. I called during the course of my job and they never picked up or returned my call. However, they did call twice after the job was done to leave a message about my invoice-- no doubt to tell me that they undercharged me. There are plenty of other window cleaners out there who do a better job and are more ethical. I am also a real estate agent who always recommended Larry Miller to my clients, but no more. I used this company for 9 years to clean my windows at my business and they always did an excellent job for a minimal price and were super friendly as well. Last year I hired them to do an exterior power washing and window washing (40 windows) in my home - inside and out. Their price was very reasonable but more importantly, the exterior was clean and the windows sparkled. I just made an appointment for them to wash my windows inside and out before the Holidays this year - I can't wait to have clean windows again!
