When she visited my place, we decided on a design together, in an efficient process, where she was able to translate my needs and preferences to interior design decisions and furniture choices. After two weeks, she assembled a furniture shopping list, within the budget I requested. I purchased all items she suggested. The furniture items were sourced from many furniture stores and I felt she did an excellent job finding items that were beautiful, fit the overall design, and reasonably priced. It was close to closing time when I called but decided to give it a shot as I needed a door installed ASAP. To my surprise, Dorian answered the phone. I let him know what I needed and he even came that same night after hours to do a consultation. Once he assessed, and understood the urgency he sent a quote that night, and made an appt that same week to install the door/door frame. He sent me all my options and picked everything up at Home Depot for me so I didn't have to move a finger. Dorian answered texts promptly, was very careful with his work, and kept me updated throughout the day on progress/issues he found when installing my door. While he was working he listened to my needs and customized the door to what I needed. At the end of the job he even offered to fix some messed up door locks in the house that my sister mentioned weren't working properly, free of charge.
