We had the door ordered and once it arrived we had the installation scheduled. The installation team was great they communicated their estimated arrival and did a thorough job installing the new door. They also walked through features of the opener and how to sync to the keypad.

I immediately called Derek,send him pictures and even though they are crazy busy he sent James and John out at end of day to at least get the awning retracted and then took it down and laid it on the deck. USPS mailed another hard copy of warranty claim. I hope Laurel awning doesn't have any more excuses and will replace my faulty awning.
