I need to set a meeting to send requested documents? Never responded to requests for any reading material, past performance, etc. My first meeting for another service earlier this year. It wasn't a priority for me, so I noticed they never responded months later. Apparently this is a theme. Thought I'd give them another chance anyway, which is stupid on my part. Extremely unprofessional, I would not trust them with anything. Their response time is non-existent, and they don't remember what your conversation was about, if they respond at all. Unless you want to give your money to people who don't respond, don't remember what you need, and pitch something while they're in a car. Go with literally anyone else.
