Great spot and good value for time and money. We paid about $200 for 5 people for 75 min of axe throwing and we had so many turns and so much time to learn and play. One axe wall was more beat up than the other and I think even when the axe hit the wall it would still slip, so that was a little disappointing. We added on plate breaking and it's set up where you throw it against the wall with a baseball so it feels like a carnival. Devin was a great host! read more

This place was very empty when we visited on a Saturday. The person working was super friendly. We did archery and disc throwing, which is really throwing a ball at plastic plates. Archery was okay. It's $40 per person for 90 mins. But 90 mins is too long to do that. It was a bit lame. read more

This place was absurdly awesome. We happen to have the whole place to ourselves. We went for axe throwing (first time), and although i sucked at it, the workers were there to give pointers, visuals, and different games to try. We loved it, and i would highly recommend checking them out. I would love to try the human foosball (larger groups) or plate smashing. They do not offer food, but you can purchase candy bars, chips, and waters or other drinks. I know we will be back in the future with a group of friends. read more

My husband and I came here for a date night. I was initially skeptical, but it was a super fun experience. Of course, I sucked in the beginning, but Devin, the guy on staff when we visited, was very helpful and offered lots of pointers. I still sucked, but not as bad. I even won one of the games we eventually ended up playing! Definitely recommend this if you have never done it before, or even if you have. Great workout as well. Two thumbs up! read more

This place is so cool for date night. Came with my boyfriend and his friend on a double date. We did archery. I liked the fact that they were able to social distant people so it was only us 4. They sanitize everything and provide hand sanitizer. All staff wore mask. Our host was super friendly showed us how to play a few games and made sure we got the hang of it before leaving us alone. What an Axe-cellent location! We went here twice because I enjoyed it so much. Both on the same week. Our instructor was the ever so quirky and kind John (not sure I remember it correctly). But he's a young man carrying his custom made dual axe around his waste. He's very knowledgeable for a young kid. I like how organize and neat the location is. I just wish 2 people can throw at two different stations at the same time. They definitely have to figure that out. They can do so much more with the place. This location also has an arrow section and a plate breaking (stress relief) section. The price is ideal for location. 75 minutes!! Do not arrive late or you will lose your time. Bathrooms are clean. The location overall is clean. Parking is not hard to find. We came on Sunday so it wasn't as bad. I totally enjoyed this place. read more

Came in here one cold, sunny afternoon on a Sunday. The place had just opened and it was pretty empty. Overall, the place seemed cool and a great place to hang for a couple of hours. I took off one star because of the attitude I received from the front desk. One of my party members was unable to come, so I had asked if I could get a store credit to redeem. She rudely said no, citing the facility's policy. Although each reservation is non refundable, it would have showed a gesture of customer service to offer a free soda or declined more professionally. I was a little taken aback by it. Nonetheless, the axe thrower made up the difference. He was super chill, showed lots of pointers and maintained a pleasant attitude throughout our slotted time. Overall, it wasn't a bad place to come for entertainment. I would still come back and maybe try one of their other activities as well. However, next time I won't book until I know all party members can come until the day of. read more

We had fun it was low tech ax throwing. The staff Helped with not only the mandatory safety but kind of knew had to tell you what to do to throw better. It was kind on smelly could not identify it, maybe wet wood, you got used to it. But it was the cleanest place. All in all fun but don't waste your money in plate throwing. After reviewing the basics and giving us some time to practice our axe throwing, we were introduced to a variety of games to keep things fresh and exciting throughout the entire experience. This place was hella fun! I was actually running late, but Tony was great with shuffling us through quickly so that we got plenty of fun out of the limited time that we had. He introduced us to a number of axe throwing games, which was great for our party of six. They leave one lane empty between parties for social distancing, and have hand sanitizer at every lane. Wow! So much fun for kids of all ages. Our instructor Dom is amazing. You can tell he enjoys what he does. He suggested fun axe throwing competition games to play to make the axe throwing fun and challenging. I highly recommend this activity. Archery and football bowling are also offered. I always wanted to try axe throwing and was so excited to finally get to chuck an axe at a board. It was about over $40 per person with tax so it was kind of pricey. The guy who showed us how to properly throw an axe was very kind and helpful, and even gave us some fun games to play to keep us entertained for that hour and 15 mins. I don't know how often I'd do this or if I'd want to go again because we did get a lil bored/ tired towards the end but it was definitely something I wanted to do at least once. read more

Went here Friday for a friend's birthday, a group of 4 of us. I had called ahead to see what COVID safety measures they were utilizing. Every group was private, with a full set up in between groups. The owner was spraying down all surfaces with disinfectant. And masks were required for the entirety of our visit. After many months cooped up, we all were looking for something fun to do! We had the best time and Dom was a great instructor. Even the least athletic/coordinated in our group (me) was able to hit the board! Great way to get out pent up frustrations and many laughs. Our first time at axe throwing. It was empty when we got there at 5:00 on a weekday afternoon. Our guide Kiara was great. She taught us the basics of axe-throwing, though there really isn't all that much to learn in terms of technique. Just don't throw it backwards or let it drop on your foot! You get 75 minutes of time for your session. For four of us, that was plenty, and Kiara taught us some games to play to make it more fun. It wasn't too hard to learn to throw. The distance isn't too far, maybe 15-20 feet? The wood board you are aiming at can tend to become more loose as you keep throwing at it as it starts to splinter, which means your axe may not stick in as well and may just fall out if not thrown hard enough. Then we decided to do the plate blasting event, where you get 10 plastic plates to line up on shelves and you throw a softball at them to smash them. Nothing complicated about it, but just a fun event to compete against others. There are other things to do there, like archery and football bowling. The archery didn't seem too realistic, as the distance to the target isn't far and it's velcro tipped, not a true arrow. All in all, a fun experience at events that aren't easy to do on your own, and a little pricy at that. Reservations online are required and paid by credit card, as they need to supply staff to man the event. I guess they don't have a consistent staff there all the time. You can also add on events if available while you're there and just pay onsite for those. But Kiara made it fun and she was very attentive with us. read more
