This place is awesome! Customer service is outstanding and they are quick. You can tell the employees love what they do and it shows in the service. I love how they do pair you with other people if you come in a small group or a pair. This you are with your group, but you mix and mingle with other people. Came here with my boyfriend's family after lunch. Axes are super scary but these aren't so bad! A little weight on them, but not enough to make axe throwing hard. I overcame my fear of axes with the help of everyone! Also it's fun to watch other groups try to hit the targets on the wood walls. Worse rage room ever! It was not worth the $80 and 20 minutes we spent there. The room had NO music (which they advertise that music is played) and there was literally 4 items to "rage out on" 2 little plates, 2 wine glasses and a small monitor. Such an amazing place! Located in north park, this place is a fun place to go if you want to change up your usual activities. The staff were super nice and helpful and they taught us the ropes. My friend and I had a big axe and small axe and played some of the games that they recommended. All you have to do is come in, sign a waiver and enjoy. Bought a two person deal on Groupon for Valentine's Day but it didn't specify that we couldn't actually go on the day. It was $18 a person. Luckily we went the day before and was told we needed to make a reservation and obviously we didn't and that's our fault. The website wasn't working and we just thought oh let's head over. They actually made room for us which was really nice of them. Even after both of the guys got really frustrated with the whole situation.. A couple things, you will not have lanes to yourself unless it's completely dead. We shared a lane but for a Valentine's Day thing, it wasn't how we pictured. Kind of like a bowling alley. It also just feels like someone's basement. Obviously put together quickly for people to enjoy. Don't expect the nicest ambience. I would have paid more for somewhere nicer. But what did I expect from an axe throwing place? Overall we enjoyed ourselves and it was fun. Wouldn't come back unless it was a large group event. read more

Bought a 50% off groupon for 2 on a whim, and man, I'm glad I did. There's nothing more therapeutic than throwing sharp things into wood and watching it stick like a madman (as long as you can get it to stay in the wood). We went at an off hour, 3:30PM on a Monday, so we were able to get the whole lane to ourselves, instead of a shared lane. Steven and Jonas were great guys, great teachers, and were very interactive with us throughout the time we spent there. The staff was great, the bathrooms were clean, and there was a lot of time spent throwing sharp things at the wooden targets. Nothing to complain about here; would definitely come back. read more

Was expecting something different. I pictured long handled war-type axes thrown at crash test dummy's in medieval knights armor or maybe an oak tree. I also thought maybe we would have to chop a tree down with an axe. None of these things happen. Instead you throw small (1 handed) axes at a big target about 20 feet away. It was a lot of fun. The room itself had nothing to break, shatter, etc. it was merely old appliances already broken down and stacked on top of one another. No glasses, porcelain, anything. Completely false advertising. Getting a booking here is worse than the DMV. Juan Ortiz is the manager or possibly owner. The phone system was down so I *physically went in*. He handed me a business card and said to book online via *browser or email*. I attempted to book in 2 browsers, Chrome and DuckDuckGo Browser but the *form would not populate*. *Emailed* the location and received a response (I later learned from Juan Ortiz) stating that there are openings I needed to *physically come in*, or *book online*. I expressed frustration about the fact that I just came in, using clean language, and asked which browser I need to use to access the form on the website. He refused to assist further. His final response was, "Sorry you feel like you have to take out your frustrations on a small business." Hollow words from someone that misled a potential customer for no reason I can discern. read more
