When I walked around with my white socks on after they left, they obviously did not do a good job. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it was still dirty. Shay, the cleaner, was prompt and provided an excellent service. The house is indeed very clean and I appreciate the hard work! I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again.
