Axiom was hired to clean tile floors & to seal grout upon floor cleaning. Floor cleaned ok. Unable or unwilling to remove carpet tape. I removed the following day. If I could do it so could he. Sealant applied to grout. Sealant dripped onto many tiles. It is shiny & creates a noticeable contrast that can be seen by the naked eye. The most disturbing problem for me is the damage to 5 baseboards. Paint was removed by equipment & I need to repaint damaged baseboards. I couldn't find left over paint. This has created a real problem in matching the color. I left a phone message to call me. He didn't. I waited 1 week. I wanted to request $100 dollars of the $375 he charged. My job was less than 1k sq ft. I am on my own to correct the problems. Just wanted all of you to know of my problems with Axiom and to think twice before hiring this service provider. read more
