I visited the showroom in Hallandale to verify the quality and the quality was there. The price point on these windows is fantastic also. Assured has a great staff and great communication with the customer. Tina always answered all my questions. Installation of the entire house was completed in one day. The upside there was very little stucco repair. The only con was the few stucco repairs were not to my standard so I used my guy and Assured covered the cost no questions asked. Ron was a great salesman. He even dropped in during installation to see how things were going. Most salespeople just sell and don't care what happens after the sale. Not so with Ron.

The job has not yet started although promised several months ago. Yes the company got the right permits but are not ready to start delivering what they promised, dated and signed for. I was left with the pillars in my living room since May and no sign from the workers coming back and start doing the job. I won't recommend that company to my best friends. 12/19/2021 I should add that no one from that company has contacted me to come and do the job. We are all in bad hands. 3/1/2022 The above company never took the time to visit the home owners and explain what to expect from the job. That mediocre company has not you tube video to show us what to expect. Now they dare to decline to re position the tiles removed at their expense. I won't recommend that company to my best friends. Our CLV Board is responsible to have selected that worst construction company. Do not contact them! 3/2/2022 The construction company workers removed and broke the tiles at my entrance porch office. Multiple times i mentioned to them to be careful not having spare ones but they did not listen. Now the company wants me to replace them at my expense. The engineer assistant was in person at my place and saw them. HE NEVER REQUESTED ME TO DO THAT JOB AND NEVER ASKED ME DATE AND SIGN A PAPER THAT I WOULD DO IT.
