I was told to expect 3 hour wait and was excited after 2 hour wait that the work was completed. So…read moreI went out to look at the job and I could clearly see that it was not complete. The manager told me that the message I received was an automated message generated by the employee and that they still needed to calibrate the windshield and 30 minutes later they told me it was done. However, the car had not moved since I went to look at it earlier. They still had not attached my camera and the wires were still hanging there with the camera not attached. I then got another message saying the car was completed and to come get the keys so I did so. The car hadn't moved or been touched since I saw it earlier. Wires still hanging there with the camera on the passengers seat. I was really disappointed in the attention to detail by the management, the car needed to be 100% complete before I saw it but no, it was good enough for them so therefore the poor review. I went home and finished the wiring and camera work and then cleaned up all the dust and cleaned the windows like they should have done.

Once they confirmed the arrival, we came to this location since it needed calibration and was greeted by Tricia, who was really friendly, helpful and professional. She knew my parents from setting up the appointment, and was super helpful when I came to drop the vehicle off. Said she would call when it was completed, and sure enough the estimated time was on the dot. Michael was the technician that replaced the windshield and he did a great job too. I wondered if the Peach Pass and I-pass from IL would be transferred, and it was handled as if I put new ones on! Michael was also very kind to my parents, and that always gives me a comforting feeling since they're elderly. I was very happy with everything. We were touch late with traffic when picking up the car. Ian (the manager) and Tricia were both still there, waiting for us. Didn't give any grief, was so pleasant to deal with this entire situation. They direct billed our auto insurance so we paid our comp deductible and we were on our way. Nobody is ever in a good mood when you have a crack, chip, or need a replacement windshield. I will never return to this car wash again. I work in customer service, the customer is not always right but they are always the customer.
