I've been a loyal customer of Axis Pest Control for six years, and the way they handled my recent request was extremely disappointing. I asked about different program options because I'm not at my Las Vegas property full‑time and wanted to cut costs where possible. Instead of working with me or even explaining alternatives, they told me "this isn't working out." What kind of company treats a long‑time customer like that? I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable just flexibility in scheduling and pricing since this is not my permanent residence. Any reputable business would try to keep a six‑year customer, not dismiss them the moment you ask questions about adjusting your plan. Axis Pest Control has shown they are not flexible, not customer‑focused, and not interested in finding solutions. The minute you ask about different programs or scheduling options, they'd rather end the relationship than work with you. I would not recommend this company. This is only the second visit by Scott, Axis Pest Control, and with the tremendous success of these visits, I would, without any reservation, recommend his service to anyone in the Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, or Boulder city & Mesquite areas. Scott has looked after both of my homes in Vegas for a few years now. Always prompt service, always on time, and whenever I had any issues with pests in between services (which was very rare) he would come back out immediately to remedy the problem. He was also great with my dogs and cats and made us very comfortable about having pesticides around the pets (it's pet safe, I never had a single issue).
