Scott has looked after both of my homes in Vegas for a few years now. Always prompt service, always on time, and whenever I had any issues with pests in between services (which was very rare) he would come back out immediately to remedy the problem. He was also great with my dogs and cats and made us very comfortable about having pesticides around the pets (it's pet safe, I never had a single issue). We signed up with Axis Pest Control about 6 months ago. They are so nice and very professional. Good customer service is hard to find but this company delivers the BEST service! Scott and Matt are awesome!! They come around every other month and have really reasonable rates. If we happen to see a bug anytime between visits all we have to do is text and they are here. Stated using axis at the end of 2019 when my neighbors reported seeing mice/rats I their yard. Called Scott and his team and they took care of everything. No droppings seen in months, insects are the least I've seen since I've moved in. Great price, great and friendly service every time. We had just moved into a house, and I was laying in bed, minding my own business when I was stung by a scorpion. I WAS TERRIFIED. The next day I called SEVERAL pest control companies throughout the valley all of which were extremely overpriced. I called Axis, and I asked them about their spray they use, and their prices. Scott was super knowledgeable and informed me on a course of action he wanted to take, and the price beat every other company I had called that day. I said, let's do it, and he was over at my house within the hour (he could obviously sense how traumatized I was haha). He told me that I could see possibly see some either dead, or dying within the following days. I didn't see another indoor, but saw one outside my side door, probably a week before my second spray. I called Scott, and came right out to make sure he was dead (again, I was terrified of these things). He was... so that was good. We are on our third round of spraying and I have yet to see another (dead or alive). 10/10 recommend, we will always use these guys. read more
