He was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment plan, pricing structure, and what he recommended specifically for my area. He even noticed extra spider webs around my window seals and went above and beyond by treating and spraying those areas too. He left me with extra traps and some great prevention tips as well. If you are a current customer, please be sure you always know when your home is being sprayed, I was charged for months and no one ever sprayed my house. Of course, I am partly to blame for not keeping track but I expect a level of trust and service from a company that I didn't find with this one.
