As much as this Alley is held in high regard, I expected a much cleaner, less worn look. Very unkept. At best. Maybe invest in new carpeting, fresh paint, clean the floors and paneled walls. That would be a good start. We played for an hour and left. None of us felt good about our time there. Me, the wife and my daughter. To make the matter worse, the ball return damaged my new bowling ball. When I brought it to the front counters' attention - they said sorry, nothing we can do for you unless you are a registered league bowler with Linbrook. Well, I'm not and ... I won't be.
