Located in Downtown Disney, this is an interesting concept. It's a huuuuge restaurant with many different bowling lanes in separated alcoves, mixed in with separate tables for dining. It's a pretty nice menu with a variety of food choices. For instance, my husband ordered a margherita pizza while I ordered a tuna poke bowl. The poke bowl was pretty to look at and delicious to eat ! The tuna was tossed in a spicy kimchee ponzu served over sushi rice with avocado, mango, seaweed salad, edamame, scallions, sesame seeds and mayo. While on the spicy side, the flavor combination was really tasty. I enjoyed every bite. However, I think it had some preservatives to keep it fresh tasting and beautiful looking because I had a reaction to it... like I get when preservatives are added to food. I was feeling fine before the meal. Then I ate, followed by the reaction, and it seemed to wear off about 2 hours later. I obviously can't prove any of this, but it only happens when there are preservatives being used. Not everyone has a preservative sensitivity either, but I happen to be one of the "lucky" ones. I understand why they're used, but obviously, some are more potent than others, and while I wish I had warning, pretty much, nobody admits to using them. It's a chance I always take when dining out. While this is an upscale bowling alley with quite an eclectic menu, I suppose I should read between the lines and realize that ordering something like sushi might be a bridge too far. We had the opportunity to dine here while visiting Disneyland because we wanted something different from the typical park food. We made an OpenTable reservation for a party of seven and were seated immediately in the upstairs dining area. Our server, Brandon, was friendly and attentive. He greeted us promptly, took our drink orders, and later returned to take our appetizer order. We started with the Buffalo Chicken Eggrolls and the Macho Nachos, both of which were a great way to kick off the meal. The menu offers a wide variety of options, from burgers and sushi to plated entrées like steak and potatoes, so there's something for everyone. Our group decided to try several of the burgers. I ordered the Steakhouse Burger, which was packed with flavor. The horseradish dressing really brought everything together, and I paired it with fries that I requested well-done and extra crispy just the way I like them. We definitely plan to come back to try the sushi and, of course, the steak and potatoes. We've eaten at Splitsville 1x/year for the last 2 years because they've had a summer special for Magic Key holders where you get complimentary bowling for dining in. We loved bowling here, so that's what brought us back. We were seated on the outside patio and although I was initially reluctant to not sit inside with AC, they had fans and live music that made up for it (I do wish they paused the music on the outside speakers so that the performers could be heard a little better because they were great). The food isn't anything to write home about, but it's pretty solid for a bowling alley and our server did an amazing job taking care of us. We ordered the cheeseburger deluxe ($22.75) and chicken tenders - both of which came with crinkle cut fries (which aren't my personal favorite). I was kind of skeptical about ordering sushi from a bowling alley, but the table next to us ordered a poke bowl ($26.75) that definitely caught my eye. The food here is on the pricier side which is to be expected for Downtown Disney... but one thing to note is that they do have a Magic Key discount, so make sure to take advantage! read more

We got seated right away and their menu has so many options! Justin was our server and he was efficient while also friendly. I ordered the California Crush and the Chicken Alfredo. The drink was good, and I don't really expect a bowling alley to have great pasta but I really enjoyed it! Nice sauce and while I never put peppers in my pasta it was unexpectedly a nice touch. The toasted garlic bread that came with it was also delicious. For the music, they were playing some nice eighties hits that my family was jamming out to. We were staying at the Disneyland Hotel for a few nights, so we decided to find something to do within walking distance. This place is really interesting. I didn't know quite what to expect, and I would've been wrong anyways. When you go in, they walk you into the building and there's two lanes here, three lanes there ... and more twosies and threesies. Great for small parties, I suppose. We were just three people, so we ended up next to other small groups. Service was super friendly, as you might expect at the happiest place on earth. We didn't have any major issues with the bowling, and the one time the balls got stuck, they added the time back to our reservation and then some. Foodwise, we ordered loaded fries, chicken tenders, and an ahi tuna salad. The food didn't blow us away, but it got the job done. Bathrooms were uncrowded and clean. I noticed a lot of families with kids in there. It's not cheap, of course (don't forget where you are). I was so happy this place was open and accepting walk-ins after my reservation for another restaurant in the Disneyland park was too busy and other restaurants required reservations. My very hungry and tired family was happy to be seated quickly. Customer service was very good, staff were friendly and professional. This place was great! Another restaurant we went to during our disneytrip and I'm glad we came here! The waitstaff were so kind and accommodating. Their willingness to help and support was really nice! It's super clean inside and the floors aren't sticky and nothing smelled weird or like cleaning products. There is a bowling alley inside so it can get loud at times but when totally fine. The menu was so nice and extensive but not overwhelming. I decided to order something I don't usually order and got the poke! It was so delicious and I would 100% get it again. It tasted so fresh and all the ingredients paired very well! This isn't your grandparent's bowling alley! This place is spacious with split level bowling on both floors. They have indoor and outdoor seating if you are looking to dine and just take in the view. We are regulars here. We have been coming for years. We've never had an issue until today. We ate inside the restaurant and wanted to have drinks and dessert outside so we could listen to music and let our son play. We have never had an issue with this until today. We asked a greeter, Joz, where we could sit and she told us we weren't allowed to sit outside. We explained to her that we ate inside and we were going to start a separate tab outside. She told us that we weren't allowed to sit outside and we needed to go find a table back inside. She didn't offer us any reason or explanation. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because the server Chad and the manager Poppy did everything they could to make up for Joz's behavior. They weren't busy whatsoever, but we still had to wait close to 10 minutes to get seated because it took them a while to figure out where to seat us. When we sat down and ordered, we got the Margarita Pizza. The wait for the food was about 10 minutes but that was okay. The crust on the pizza was amazing. It was thin and crispy, and tasted delicious. Throughout this, we wanted to order fries, but it was taking quite a bit of effort to first try and find our waiter, and then catch his attention. I'm obsessed with bowling. I have my own shoes. I have lots of bowling decor. It's just my vibe! Besides all that we were so excited to come to this restaurant especially cause half of our group doesn't eat meat. We were told that they had a non-meat vegan menu here. Unfortunately when handed our menus, we realize things have changed. We asked the waitress and she said that the cooks have took off all the non-meat options. Lots and lots of booths available. When we came back from the bathroom, Eder asked whether we wanted a booth. We gladly accepted. and Ashley provides great services. The food was delicious and tasty.
