I love Wongs bowling supply. The first ball I purchased significantly increased my game (GB4). I went back last year for a second time for a new ball (SuperSoniq). I told the gentleman running the shop what I wanted my second ball to do and he delivered 100% what I was asking for. My scores have been great for league play and casual play/practice. Now I'm consistently scoring above 180, and I couldn't ask for more. He recently re-drilled the first ball I purchased so that I could have the same style as my newer ball and somehow he made a great ball even better. I purchased the Blackwidow plastic ball last week for spares; Ive only had a couple chances to use the BlackWidow, and so far it's been a great utility ball. Writing this months later while bowling. My husband and I got balls, shoes, and bags back in January and had a great experience with Wong! Very patient and meticulous in sizing our hands for our balls. He steered us away from more expensive equipment and towards equipment suited to our levels. When it turned out that the thumb hole for my husband's ball was slightly small due to swelling while playing, Wong fixed it right away when we were back in town in April and we've had no problems since! Even better, he's been there for years, and remembered me from when my family went to get equipment a decade and a half before. Wong is an expert in his craft and really cares about his customers, which is why his is the ONLY pro-shop my husband wants to go to, even though we're out-of-towners.
