For some reason they can't give you a time frame, like 8-noon or noon-4 so you are stuck here all day on a Saturday. The driver will call when on his way, but you are still stuck here as I assume he is probably 15-20 minutes out. Its not like I can run into Temecula to go shopping as it's a 20 minute drive also. I'm sure his route is planned out the day before or even that morning so not sure why we can't get a time frame? I worked in a service department for 25 years so I know how easy it can be done. I have spoken to as many as 5+ reps at the company confirming our equipment as been returned, and saying either the account is closed, or they will close our account. We are still being charged a monthly fee, no one will send me a confirmation email after telling me they will. When I talk to the rep there is a momentary pause in the billing, but it starts again in a month or so. Each rep I speak with is not employed the next time I call. No one returns an email. Tried to report to the BBB but of course they are not accredited. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT do business with them.
