Hindsight: I should have been seeking Axis a year ago! Really impressed with my initial visit today. I found them on Yelp- the reviews don't lie. Booking was incredibly easy. And, I sincerely appreciate/ LOVE the option to make an appointment after 5pm for those of us who can't take time off so easily during the day. It took 5 minutes to schedule, and the initial paperwork was sent via text this morning- also only took about 5-10 minutes to complete. I arrived a little early, but was promptly seen. The front desk staff are very friendly & welcoming. It was quick to take my info & get me checked in. I saw Dr. Rachel this evening and am very happy with my consultation! She was kind, thorough & took diligent notes. The X-rays were very quick- it took less than 30 minutes for the initial consultation & it literally covered 10 years of history. We did a "mild" round today, to start. Which gives time to review the X-rays & determine a more long-term care plan. I absolutely loooooved the massage tech. She was very friendly & we chatted it up about streaming shows while she used the massage gun on my back. It felt amazing & I probably could have fallen asleep- likely why she was chatting with me lol. Following the massage gun, Dr. Rachel came back to do a mild adjustment. Again- it was perfect! She addressed what had been neglected for a minute & I can honestly say I walked out of there feeling SO much better! Like I could breathe easier & have more mobility again. I am absolutely looking forward to the next visit! Everything from booking to walking out was the best decision I've made in a while for personal health care on my own accord. I am eager to see what the long-term care plan turns out to be. Really, I wish I would have popped my head in here much sooner. Axis Spine feels like family, just after a few weeks of regular visits. Jason and Cameron are incredibly passionate about what they do, and it shows. I've had a rare movement disorder for 3+ years and have been to many practitioners, and Axis is much more attentive, considerate, and hopeful for my recovery than all others by far and away. They've even recommended other health professionals that share a similar dedication to physical recovery to supplement my recovery process with them. Not to mention their staff are all the coolest. I feel like I'm finally making progress in my recovery (even after consulting with the "most knowledgeable and capable" health professionals around Phoenix), and will definitely keep coming back. Thanks Axis team Edit: It's a crime against humanity for me to have left out the true heroines of Axis Spine - Kristin and Alex. I'm about halfway through my main treatment plan here at Axis and I'm extremely happy with my results. I used to go to the Joint and they weren't treating me like they should have been. Dr. Dylan and Dr. Pam have been nothing but exemplary in how they treat me. Their services are affordable and they were extremely flexible with my budget as I waited for benefits from my job. Edit: I stopped going to my appointments after voicing my concerns about my experience with Mary Froehlich, the NP who I had a consultation with and in the same appointment some injections for chronic pain. ONE VISIT. I received an EOB from my health insurer at the time saying they're charging the insurance over $37k! FOR ONE VISIT. I didn't want to go back to her because she gave me such a bad vibe with her attitude and demeanor. I knew something was up. I had called and brought it up to Dr. Dylan and he reassured me it was covered and not to worry about it. It didn't seem right and I never went back even though I still had a few prepaid visits left. This is why people call chiropractors fraudulent. I don't think for one second Dr. Dylan or Dr. Pam had control in this but they associate with a crook. I changed my review back because it's not fair to negatively impact their business. They were great. read more

Anyone who has tried many different chiropractors knows that you go into to the new office with hope that this one will help rather than just provide a very very temporary relief, then you leave kinda disappointed that you still have the underlying issue that wasn't quite released. You also find that they might seem rather disinterested in even providing a full exam and seem to just pop you quickly, collect your money and send you on your way. After 6 years of that I finally found this place. They actually gave me a chance to explain exactly what was going on, genuinely listened, x-rayed me and found the underlying issue and explained exactly how they would go about healing me. And it worked, I no longer have to go twice a week or at all really and I feel better than EVER. Everyone in the office is full of passion for helping and the vibe is immaculate. They could charge way more but still make it affordable even without insurance. I'm super grateful to have found this place, and thank you to all the amazing people that work here. read more

Axis is truly the best all of the employees remember all the customer's names and they will make you feel comfortable. I have always had bad lower back pain, the exercises and adjustments have helped me tremendously. When you go to Axis Spine and Sports they create an exercise that is custom to your needs in order to help the improvement of whatever you are having issues with. Amazing experience! Long story short, I've been suffering with hip pain and mobility issues for 7 years. After taking the recommendation of my personal trainer, I met with Dr. Dylan and started a treatment plan. After 2 months I was SHOCKED at my progress.
