My experience with Nick Greenwood is the WORST I have had in 48 years!…read moreMy opinion... this guy cares about MONEY & only MONEY. Not be working with addicts or alcoholics. I contacted him letting him know I have had major issues sleeping & my Therapist who Nick knows well reccomended muscle relaxers & get off Benzos. He would not give me 30 seconds to discuss it. Knowing I was changing insurance, I agreed to pay $200 too see him. I went without muscle relaxers & went to my normal sceduled appointment. I was told instead of $200 it would be $200 plus $100 for each prescription written after 2. I had 4 prescriptions & wanted to add muscle relaxers. Drop the one Benzo. I was still looking at $400 for the visit. He did not have the balls to even talk to me in his office or reception area. It went back & forth between his wife/secretary, she was whispering so soft in the reception area so waiting patients could not hear how they were trying to SCREW me, I could barely hear her. She never called back after saying she would. Nick cannot talk to you face to face. I now have a real Dr., who truly cares. Visit them both & you will see night & day. Money hungry jerk, or a professional that really cares. Contact me & I will give you a Dr. Who cares. It has taken 7 Doctors since my Doctor retired due to cancer, none as bad as Greenwood, but I finally found one. Dont take this lightly or his bullsh*t. Get one who cares, they are out there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr. Greenwood is interested in one thing and one thing only..and…read morethat's your money. He is the exact reason that so many people have suspicions about clinics like this and it's a shame because when they are ran with the right intention and care they can be so amazing! If you are looking for somewhere to continue your care in recovery or get back on track without having to go back into inpatient treatment, there are some great places that are set up similarly, but with Physicians who are doing this for the right reason, and care so much about their patients. I hope this helps anyone considering to go to this place, and I hope that you stop and reconsider, and end up under the care or someone compassionate who cares about YOU and not your wallet.

Statement Regarding Tribal House Sober Living - Midvale, Utah…read more This statement is submitted to document serious concerns regarding the management practices and resident treatment at Tribal House sober living facility located in Midvale, Utah. During my son's residency, there was a pattern of inconsistent rule implementation and enforcement. Policies appeared to change frequently without clear communication, resulting in confusion and unequal application among residents. It is further alleged that prior to the installation of surveillance systems, there were ongoing violations of house rules involving unauthorized overnight guests. This raises concerns regarding inadequate supervision and enforcement of established standards within the facility. The facility charges approximately $800 per month for shared accommodations, which exceeds typical market rates for comparable sober living arrangements. Despite this, the services promised--including assistance with employment--were not consistently provided. On or about the date of removal, my son was required to vacate the premises at approximately 12:15 a.m., with no reasonable notice, despite having confirmed employment obligations the following morning. This action placed him in immediate hardship and instability. The stated basis for removal involved a conflict with a house manager. However, it is alleged that similar conduct had been permitted or overlooked in other instances, including by staff, suggesting selective or discriminatory enforcement of rules. Additionally, the facility did not provide a standard remediation period (commonly referred to as a 72-hour reset), which is widely recognized in sober living environments as an opportunity for corrective action. There were also disputes concerning personal property at the time of discharge, including items belonging to my son that were not immediately returned. It is further concerning that my son was reportedly told he was being made "an example" for other residents, which raises serious questions regarding fairness, intent, and professional conduct. As a result of these actions, my son experienced unnecessary disruption to his recovery progress, employment stability, and overall well-being. Given these concerns, I strongly recommend that this matter be reviewed, and that prospective residents exercise caution when considering this facility.
