One was a secured fenced area, and the other was a large partition fence to separate a vendor's operation from our warehouse space. From the beginning, their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. After carefully reviewing measurements and project requirements, they completed both installations efficiently and flawlessly. The finished product looked fantastic. Shortly after completion, the vendor's director flew in to inspect the project and discovered that his team had provided Freedom Fence with incorrect information regarding the area that needed to be enclosed. Despite the mistake having nothing to do with Freedom Fence, they immediately stepped up. The same day they learned of the issue, their team was back on-site working on a solution. They even worked through the weekend to relocate the fence and ensure the project stayed on track. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today.
