Their team came on time, answered all our questions, got our feedback and approval before proceeding with any changes, and was done in a day. One was a secured fenced area, and the other was a large partition fence to separate a vendor's operation from our warehouse space. From the beginning, their communication, attention to detail, and professionalism were outstanding. After carefully reviewing measurements and project requirements, they completed both installations efficiently and flawlessly. The finished product looked fantastic. Shortly after completion, the vendor's director flew in to inspect the project and discovered that his team had provided Freedom Fence with incorrect information regarding the area that needed to be enclosed. Despite the mistake having nothing to do with Freedom Fence, they immediately stepped up. The same day they learned of the issue, their team was back on-site working on a solution. They even worked through the weekend to relocate the fence and ensure the project stayed on track. That level of customer service is incredibly rare today. Freedom Fence took ownership of the situation, prioritized the customer, and delivered a solution without hesitation. Initially we were looking to replace it entirely, but then learned our neighbors had attached plants all along their side they were wanting to keep in tact, so full replacement wasn't in the cards. We reached out for a quote and the contractor Kenny was quick in setting up a time to come over for an initial assessment (discussed what needed to be fixed and what style of wood (board on board)/stain to fix with) and quote of the overall cost. Let's just say the overall project to replace all the backyard fence can be pretty expensive but we received a reasonable estimate. It only took them about a little bit more than half a day to get the entire fence replaced which was super impressive. We did end up having to call them back another day to do some additional fixes for some gaps on the fences that we noticed but they were able to come to fix those up. The new fence did end up looking very nice and sturdy! The stain really does make it look very polished and clean. Also, while discussing the fence repair I brought up my busted side gate and he gave me a good price on a steel framed gate, which sounded much better than the wood framed one I had.
