After years of physical trauma do to fights n sports to my nose. I was struggling to breathe although I've always dealt w/my nose because I accidentally fell when i was just a few years of age. Allergies etc. Congestion etc. A habit of having to breath thru my mouth most of the time was me.!? Why!? I snored loud at night , constant dry mouth in the middle of the night H20 was essential for my night sleep. It's all gone ! "RhinoPlasti" this Surgery has changed my life immensely. I can breath clearly thru my nose . If needed I'll use my nose spray just to allow better air passage thru my nose. Thts all.! I smelled the wax from my ears. It was very unprofessional/unsanitized of her to not to replace the black tube. Not what I expected from a highly well known doctor.

And for the dizzy spells they told me to balance in the corner on a piece of foam. I came back and demanded more tests and so they put me on a table and got me dizzy. Told me they see something neurological and to go see a neurologist. Well. I did. He didnt see anything wrong and suggested I may have meniers disease. He told me to go back to them and get more tests done, however by the time I finally got into the neurologist and he did scans and tests, my insurance was about to expire. I am still experiencing issues and trying to get referrals to another ent but this place was a waste of time. They just shrug your issues off and push you onto somebody else. They took my $450.00 specialist cash fee upfront, hid the absence of a physician, and pushed me onto a Physician Assistant, Katie Sham.PA Sham performed an invasive nasal camera scope and verbally confirmed I was a potential candidate for LATERA implants, but then admitted she was clinically unqualified to handle my post-surgical history. She refused to write my alternative sleep apnea prescriptions and tried to deflect me to a doctor in East LA. I drove across the city to complete the CT scan that same day, but when I asked to expedite the order as "STAT" due to extreme sleep volume deficit from central sleep apnea, the medical assistant stated that expedites are "only for insurance patients and only if the doctor approves it." They actively chose to stall my care timeline because I paid cash.Immediately after the exam, I confronted management. The office manager could not provide a single medical diagnosis or treatment plan to validate the $450 charge. Instead, she fabricated a lie that I wasn't a candidate just to protect their non-refundable fee, clashing completely with the active CT scan order I was holding. To exit the scam, they stated I would have to pay an additional $150 cash fee for a future exam just to see the actual ENT doctor.
