We stopped by on a weekday in the late afternoon and practically had the place to ourselves. Another family arrived shortly after, but it was still very relaxed and easygoing. The process was super simple. You can make a reservation, but we just walked in without any issues. We did the white background setup for 15 minutes, which was perfect and definitely a must if you're taking photos with little kids. There were a few technical difficulties during our session, but the staff member was incredibly accommodating. He paused the timer and gave us those minutes back so we didn't lose any of our shoot time. The pricing is great too! The package includes 2 people and 3 printed 4x6 photos of your favorite shots. Additional people are only $5 each, but they didn't charge us for our toddler or newborn, which was such a nice surprise. We expected some great photos of our special day - we didn't need much. Xiaopan went above and beyond from the first call. We didn't have an exact location in mind, just an area, and Xiaopan recommended one to us that she had taken a previous client to. The location was amazing, and exactly what we wanted. The experience itself was perfect - Xiaopan is firm but not pushy, will push you just a bit out of your comfort zone, and you will have so much fun along the way. Our dog is not great with strangers, but Xiaopan understood and was incredibly respectful of his space and his needs - all while getting some great shots of him. I think you can learn a lot from a person by seeing how patient they are with difficult situations - like my needy dog.
