I give 5 stars because of a wonderful, caring young man named Kaeden who not only listened but…read moreactually followed through. Over one week period I spoke with several who were nice but accomplished nothing. Kaeden apologized for the horrible experience we were having and 6 hours later we are hooked up! If it weren't for Kaiden, one star would have been difficult to give!!!

This is what I can tell you about spark light customer service is horrendous technical people from…read morePakistan, India or wherever they come from All you get from them is sorry apologizing platitudes that's 90% of the conversation with no remedy to your situation. I ran my Roku box for over six months on my visible hotspot no problem so then I would get spark light. I have spent over 30 hours on the phone with their technical people billing on three different occasions I had eero representatives on three different calls to activate what paying for four hours after the first one within two days they disconnected the extra eight dollars a month for malware, protection, VPN password, etc. and when you talk to one of their representatives it's like they have idea what you're talking about. Now this is on three different occasions yesterday. The day before I had the fourth technician in the house for over six hours rep, replacing router and the eero Wi-Fi box. Well none of them other than setting it up for the basic on your tablet that you can new how to set up the extra protection, nor did the main office could turn on the extra . On the first four hours I finally blew my lid and said get somebody who can access everything and knows what the hell you're selling to customers. And got activated within a week they disconnected it and I had to go through that process again hours.. When I returned from Phoenix last week, my cable was all screwed up. This is why the guy had six hours replacing things. The first technician was a dumb been fired. second two were quality individuals. But neither knows nothing about how to push the button that activates the eero . So here I sit after over two months 30 hours on the phone total five days of my time wasted. I'm losing the will to live. So I advise anybody in the future buy your own.eero Wi-Fi box don't pay them. You can get one for about $130 and deal directly with. eero I have nothing but great praise for their technical expertise and their patience for customers. Because they can see weather, your extra security is activated or not protection I'm paying for or not. first it popped right up on my app that I downloaded. I have never in my life being somewhat of a technical person myself why would you employee horrendous uneducated idiots . They owe me I don't know how much money back I am over 70 I think I'll sue them for abuse of an elder which is a minimum 7 year term for Arizona. No exaggeration I think they have seriously reduced my life expectancy. The situation is the following know what you know what i you sell and have the expertise to fix it the first time and screw those call platitudes and apologizing 90% of the time without solving any friggin issue. As of 2 o'clock yesterday afternoon, 10 July the poor guy in South Africa was the.eero representative. It was 11 o'clock his time I said just go to bed hang up. Send me an email and so the spark light the representative from Pakistan or India committed to get back to me over 24 hours have gone by nothing. How can a company employ such incompetent? Individuals is the question. So I shall be purchasing my own Wi-Fi box to stop paying these morons and pay directly to.eero because these people they employee are competent, technical, educated, kind . And that is only substantiated by the fact that the first one from Boise and the second one from South Africa stuck with me holding two phones so they could talk directly to the spark light technical finally got through there thick skulls to get it working. This is not rocket science this is spark lights business every day. It is not a complicated situation. It's redundant every day which would make you think that why is this a damn issue. I would definitely suggest going another direction if you're in Prescott, Arizona. They dominate the market, but if you wanna put up with insane uneducated, morons, and waste days out of your life up to you. Signed disgruntled, driven insane individual

Commspeed is synonymous with a swear word in my household. I was forced to use them for three long…read moreyears because no one offered cable internet service to my somewhat rural area. The speed itself was appalling, forget watching Netflix or Hulu. It would only stream for a couple of seconds before it would stall and have to be restarted. Extremely frustrating. My iMac was constantly dropped, if I left it idle while I went to get a glass of water when I came back I would have to restart the internet connection. The slightest breeze would knock the connection out entirely, to say nothing of any actual inclement weather. The service constantly went down because of problems with "up-line providers" and "towers". Commspeed technical support claimed the problem was on my end for awhile, so I power cycled my modem and router countless times, moved the router, my Playstation, Wii and DVD player higher, lower, here, there and everywhere in an effort to catch the "optimal" signal. I replaced my router twice. They finally came out and mumbled about this and that problem for two hours while rummaging under my desk with, again, no lasting improvement. At long last Bolt Internet came to my area. I switched and "my" problems vanished, I have been very happy with their service.

They've come out twice to reposition our little "dish thing" (which was their answer to our crappy reception to begin with), and we might see a mild improvement for a few days, then instant crap! We turned off satellite, cable & the works, because the expense was simply too much. The only TV we watch is Hulu, Netflix or Amazon Prime. I also work from home & need reliable internet to do that. Yup, it's a big fat joke! And, of course, when you NEED support, it doesn't exist! So, in the evenings, when you can COUNT on it going out from 6-10 pm nightly, and all day on the weekends (because, of course, everyone is home & the towers are overloaded), there is absolutely NO tech support! In fact, when we called to inform them that we are switching to another company, they laughed at my husband & said that we'll never see more than 30 Mbps. Well, 30 Mbps would be BLAZING fast compared to CommSpeed!! Or, should I say, SlowSpeed. It's not worth it! Run. Screaming! Try Mile High Networks, Cable One or any satellite company first.
