Pulled into the parking lot yesterday afternoon. Needed one tire patched, and potentially one new tire. Didn't even have to walk into the office. Someone came out to greet me and ask what they could do for me. After a quick inspection was told that I didn't necessarily need a new tire yet, but would eventually. Opted to do it now, and was presented with two different options. Chose one, and 20 minutes later the car was done. One tire patched, one new tire. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Will be back any time any of our cars need tires. read more

If I could give this place a minus stars I would! At first when My fiance had tires put on his trailer. We bought them. They did a great a great job. Price was reasonable. So when it came time to put tires on my truck. He said he would take it down there. So he did and he asked them to be balanced. He gets home and looked at the tires and came and got me to see the damage to all 4 rims! My truck is in excellent condition inside and out. I'm the type to park at the end of the parking lot and walk the long walk to the store. For nobody to dent my vehicle. Then as we were examined them each one closely we noticed one bolt wasn't even screwed in. It literally was hanging on! That could have fell off while he was driving home and maybe injured somebody on a motorcycle or damage somebody's windshield or dented somebody's vehicle. So the way it looks it looks like he was dragging something across each rim. When I went back there he said that that was from hitting curbs! On all 4 rims!!!! A truck barely 2 years old. With 35000 miles. But the rest of the truck is in great shape! The rima and the truck itself don't even match up with how much damage is on the rims! When I called the woman told me that they marked down if stuff was damaged. But unbeknownst to me nothing was written down because there was nothing wrong with the rims. She said bring it back so I did. I was mad and I was yelling because they cost over $1,500 in damages. So of course when I get there nobody was around. But just happened to be the one that installed my tires. Everyone else gone! So I did cuss but not at him at first. Till as soon as he seen my truck then he started denying it. I 100 percent believe this was a racist experience! Because my boyfriend who happens to be black took my truck. And the guy started acting funny with him from there. His name is Travis! He was mad that he had a nice truck and he didn't. Because he started saying how he had his 2004 truck was lifted and that his should be lifted like that's none of his business! And then when I went back because my fiance had a heart attack recently and I didn't want him to have a heart attack again. As soon as I saw the guy I said you're the one who put the tires on my truck and now all my rims are f***** up is what I said. He's like oh quit cursing. And then when he saw the truck he changed and said get off of my property. Like he owned it which obviously he didn't! I also have that recorded I have it recorded when I called and the woman answered I have it both recordings available.. I would not suggest anybody go here especially if you're black. He even watched another customer come in a black woman and the guy didn't even put the tire cover back on. I forget what it's called. The little tire cap thing. He slipped it in his pocket. And then we have one that doesn't even match. Probably hers. He was just extremely rude and tried to step on my hand when I dropped the receipt. At that point I definitely cussed him the f*** out! For the damages that he did. Then he had a nerve to call me a liar about the lug nut that was loose.. I will be checking with a lawyer about this place! I almost forgot he also over inflated the tires as shown in the pictures. read more

These guys did great and were very fast. I brought in four wheels and tires I needed installed on Saturday I originally dropped them off at Discount Tire at 9am Saturday they had them for 5 hours and called me to say they can't get the bead to lock and couldn't install the tires. I won't make this a hate review on Discount Tire but I mean they have one job to mount and balance tires and couldn't do that lol Anyway I brought these into AZ Best Tire around 4 and they had them mounted and balanced in 20 minutes with not a single issue getting the bead to lock. They were fast, friendly and communicative. Not to mention their prices are very competitive! Thank you treating your customers well and with respect I will be doing my business here from here on out. read more

My mom was stuck on the side of the road, other tire places were closed, Costco was $100 more, and this place was right off of the exit. The customer service was great and they got me in and out on Mother's Day! I recommend this place to anyone. My sister even said, "Nicest guys ever!" I went here to look at some BFG KO2 all terrain tires they were advertising online as being like new and I even called and spoke to them about the tires before driving all the way to Glendale and they assured me nothing was wrong with them and that one set was brand new and the other had 90% tread. So I show up and inspect the tires and find that 5 out of the 8 tires have holes and rinky dink patches IN THE SIDEWALL! This is probably the biggest no-no in the tire industry, you cannot patch sidewall punctures. This shop is going to kill someone with their unethical business practices. read more

Went to their other shop on Grand just south of Olive only to basically be ignored and then told nothing could be done to repair my tire that had a screw puncturing it at a funny angle - please read my review for it. Came here immediately afterward. I wish I could remember his name, but it was an older white dude with tats and a long beard. He took a look, said that he'd take out the screw to see if it was damaged, and if need be he could patch it up. He jacks up my car, takes off the tire, goes into the bay, comes back out and tells me that I didn't need anything. He removed the screw with a screwdriver, and found that there was no puncture, the tire wasn't leaking air, and was at the correct pressure. NO CHARGE - which was AMAZING because money is extremely tight for me right now. But not tight enough that I didn't tip him five bucks for his time and assistance. I've been going to this shop for years, and I should of just gone here first. Anytime a auto place sends you on your way telling you you're fine and don't need to purchase anything - that is pretty highly regarded in my book. Give these cats a shot. read more

Was in a very bad need of replacement tires to get thru til payday,found a smoking deal and brought tires in to have them mounted. Spoke with them the day before and was told that they didn't have the size I needed. Called first thing in the morning and was able to get down to have them install the ones I brought. Now the "workers" was good and helpful,gave the normal prices (very high for what needs to get done, they feel since their the only ones around I bet). Asked if they could work a deal on the tires that are still good (just not the same style/size),had to go with what the manager would say.... This is where they fall short beside the price,the manager going to tell me that no deal cause this size tire he has a lot of,however there wasn't a size the day before or even as we walked looking for them. He walks around with the "I'm the owner and small man complex",then he gets in his truck and burns out to go across the street (Really,like that's so impressive like you really need to do that). Bought two used tires with extended warranty from Larry, less than a month one tire blow while on the freeway, cause $2000 worth of damages. A little over two months later the second tire is peeling off. Called them about my 90 extend warranty. Was told they don't do extended warranty on used tires. Looked at my receipt shows no extended warranty. They said they can't help me. Who knows how long my turd of a van is going to last so I found myself in the used tire market. After looking online and calling these guys I decided to give them a shot. Friendliness, knowledge and service were great at first. I had to wait for a few people ahead of me but soon I was driving out with two front used tires in what looked to be in decent shape. Unfortunately the tires had a pretty significant wobble to them so I called back and scheduled a time to come back and have them rebalanced, which long story short did not solve my problems, they asked me to call back every few days to see if tires my size had come in for them to swap out with my bad tires. I am a very patient guy (and I realist, after all I purchased used tires, things can go wrong) so I politely called back for the next few weeks to only be told that they had not received any tires that would fit my van. I am not familiar with this industry but found it difficult that between all 3 location there wasn't two tires that would both fit my ride and NOT shake like a Polaroid picture. Finally out of the need to make a road trip and my lack of desire to have a blow out at 80 mph in the middle of nowhere I asked them to get me some new tires in to replace the old/new tires they had sold me. They did credit me for the tires I had previously purchased but didn't give me any deals to help soften the sting of all the time I had wasted driving back and forth to their business and waiting for them to NOT fix the problem. I ended up spending $195 on two tires (which is cheap, but they are off, off brand tires and if my van makes it 30K miles it will be a Christmas Miracle) vs. the $75 I had originally spend and I was comfortable with. Like I say... nice, polite, knowledgeable, and hard working but if something goes wrong don't plan on any hoops being jumped through to make it right. read more

Came into this location today. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot say too many times, DO NOT, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I was waiting patiently to e seen, as they were a bit busy, and it walks a young, blond lady in her early twenties and a guy runs over to her and asks what she needs. I tell him, calmly, sir I was here before her, and he cuts me a look, and says I'm talking to her. I said never mind, you don't get my business, he yelled at me and said get out of my shop. Don't waste your time. I was very specific with the details over the phone. When I arrived, after a long wait, it turns out they did not have what I needed and tried to sell me a set of tires that were too small and cost more money. First BAD review I've ever placed on Yelp. You have to be very good or extremely bad for me to post. AZ Best Tire told me they had many tires my size in stock for $40. When I got there, they had only one, very poor condition. They tried selling it to me for $55. When I asked about the forty dollar quote, the employee stated , " the tires start at forty". Damn, no zero star option. I drove down from Flagstaff to pick up a used set of Michelins that the guy on the phone said were in great condition 95% tread. Got there and the first warning sign is that a huge amount of their garbage tires are stored outside in the Phoenix sun. I checked the date code which showed they were 8 years old and had dry rot stress cracks between all the treads. I pushed on the sidewalls and they opened up cracks all down the sidewalls including 1/8" ones right under the tread where they would delaminate if you were dumb enough to buy them from these crooks. When I pointed this out to the bald liar guy I had talked to on the phone (Troy?) he told me "that's why they are cheap, if they didn't have cracks they would be a couple hundred more" . So he knew the tires had cracks when I talked to him on the phone and had priced them accordingly and told me to head on down anyway just in case I was dumb enough to buy tires that needed thrown in the garbage. I took pictures of the cracks which I will be posting online to show what total crap garbage "tires" these people are trying to peddle. It cost me a 5 hour trip to find this out so maybe I can help somebody out there avoid a similar situation. read more
