Was told it'll be around an hour which was fine. 2 hours later they tell me it's done, so I enter my car and drive home. As soon as I got home, I noticed that they had forgotten to give me my valve stem caps and scratched up every single one of my wheels. I return and am given my caps back but was told that they can't do anything about the wheels and that the best they can do is a free tire rotation. It literally takes me 10 minutes to do a tire rotation at home. Would've wished that they offered to fix the wheels or at least reimburse me the cost for paint, but that wasn't an option. Definitely would not recommend getting service done here. Their lack of care towards property is evident and condemnable. Find somewhere else that'll treat your car with care. Unless you don't care.

I used my lunch hour and was in and out so I could go back to work. They found staples on the inner side of the tire and replaced the Michelin Defender for $48 instead of $220 since I had bought the certificate for all of my tires with the initial purchase from them. So replaced in no time, great service!

Whenever I ever got a nail in my tire I always received the same lies. "Unfortunately where the nail is, the warranty doesn't cover it." They never ever patch up tires either. They always lie & say it's not patchable. Indirectly forcing you to spend over $400 on one tire. I stopped buying tires here & whenever I get a nail in my tire I take it to the hood and get it patched up for $30. F*** DisC*nt Tire!!!

They told me they could not find any issues so they did a drain and recharge with dye. $600 I asked for a copy of the machine report breaking down amount removed amount put in. I was told they would email it they never did. After picking it up, I drove straight home and parked it. Today, I opened my center console and discovered that my coin holder was missing. This wasn't something loose that could have accidentally fallen out or been misplaced. It was mounted into the center console and required effort to pry out and remove. It was taken. I contacted the shop and spoke with Eric. He told me he checked the technician's toolbox and said it wasn't there, suggesting that I must have misplaced it. That explanation simply doesn't make sense given how securely the holder was installed. What's most concerning is that if someone felt comfortable removing and taking something as minor as a coin holder full of change, it raises serious questions about what else could potentially be happening with customers' vehicles and belongings. Eric suggested I file a police report and stated that their employees are "too busy to steal." I'm not looking to get anyone into legal trouble over a coin holder, but I do expect honesty, accountability, and respect for customers' property. This experience has completely broken my trust in this shop. I will not be returning for future repairs or service, and now I'm left questioning whether the work performed on vehicles is even being done properly especially since I never got the email. To current and future customers: I strongly recommend removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before bringing it here. Update June 5th it's been over two weeks since speaking with a district manager. He was able to pull up and send me the work that was done to my vehicle. I was over charged for the service "performed" he then told me I would receive a refund for the overcharge of service. I reached out to customer service about it then Nick Lee called again informing me they would refund me the over charge in another way but still nothing yet. I opted to not continue the lug nut replacement for my hub cap, and I decided to chrome spray paint my problem away inwhich it was a success. I sent a Pic to Kate and told her to pause her search for parts replacement and I told her what I had done. It was my first time spray painting anything, but it was a win.

I'm not disputing that. what I have a problem with is when the tech who informed me of this sounded and acted as if I was stupid for questioning him, and rather than do everything to back away from a persona of scamming auto repair tech by calmly explaining this is Toyota policy and he understood this seems shady but, in truth it's not, he doubled down in his callous demeanor saying he had no choice. I understand they have rules and guidelines. But, like every business, you need to train your employees how to communicate said rules and guidelines in a manner where you don't come across like a second rate scammer looking for a up charge. immediately I called Costco and Firestone. The difference was instant. when they looked up the vehicle in their computer they saw Toyotas rules and guidelines and were immediately calm and understanding and acted like humans doing a job wherein you interacted with other humans. Big O threw away a 17 year business relationship because they can't properly train their employees how to treat others with respect. Stay away if you wanted to be treated like a human. Drove all the way down to Goodyear location just for them to tell me the guy who works on alignments for all the vehicles was off that day and told me he would be in tomorrow. No worries I said. They also said they didn't feel comfortable or didn't think they knew how to adjust it. One of the workers said he can adjust the toe for me and I'd get a discount because who would want to pay 140$ for an alignment just for the toe adjustment? So I refused and asked if I was able to keep the vehicle there until the technician arrives the next day and they said it's fine. Next day comes waited all day for them just to call me back to say they didn't know how to do it and then I asked about just aligning the toe and they said they couldn't give me a discount after I told them yesterday the worker said they were able to do it so they wanted to charge me full price afterwords. So yeah this place will lie to you and take advantage of you they also said the technician was able to do it and therefore was unsuccessful. On a Honda civic by the way so if you really want to shut this place down I'd start by not coming here at all I'm just disappointed on the outcome of how this was these people had my hopes up and pretty much screwed me over and sent me back on my way in a unsafe vehicle they just want your money lol.
