Marcus worked with my budget and got me into a nice ReadyLift 2.5 Inch Coil Spring Level Kit with Bilstein Shocks all around and 35 inch Toyo AT3s. Huuuuge s/o to Marcus from McFall Tire and Auto. I had just taken my tire to be patched up before a Vegas trip, and noticed the psi dropping the more I drove. Went to just about any tire shop within the 20 mile radius, and no one was able to assist me at the time. That was until we reached out to McFall Tire and Auto where Marcus did not hesitate to help out. Even when he stated he didn't have my tire in his inventory, he was quick to get on the phone and do whatever it took to get this issue resolved. He was able to get a hold of someone and had it repaired in a quick timely manner. I was able to make it to my Vegas trip front and back with no issues. I want to point out Marcus' incredible customer service. Not only with my experience, but just seeing how well he treated every single customer that walked in. I've taken my vehicles to McFall's for years now. They've always been helpful and responsive and always provide realistic and reasonable expectations when I've brought in my vehicles. Last time I brought in my 2011 Mazda. They were able to identify the issue I was having. Provide helpful information as to severity, if it could wait or whether it was something that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. When you're on a budget this is the type of information that's invaluable. Each time I've received a courteous experience and I've when I asked what's the cost for their time and to Evaluate the vehicle I wasn't hit with a receipt for their time. Regardless of whether they worked on the vehicle or not. I've been able as a result to get the answers I need identifying when I need to address the issue and fit it into my budget. They also offer financing if you're caught with car troubles between paydays. I have and plan to continue recommending them when asked where to go for service. Few recommendations for best experience, call in advance and talk to them to get guidance and find out best time to bring your vehicle in for service. As with most shops after the pandemic mechanics are in high demand and short supply so they may only have limited staff to address your troubles if you're a walk in. They always do their best but logically those who are scheduled have priority. If there's anything unique about your vehicle let them know in advance and don't assume there's hundreds of vehicles out there with different make models and changes year to year so although they are good share your knowledge about your vehicle and provide anything they may need i.e (special tool for tires and the like unique to your vehicle and that might be needed etc...). Also I looked at a few low reviews and I can't speak to their experiences I can only speak to mine but when my Exursion was parked at the shop and mine as well as a few others were hit during closed hours and my catalytic converter was stolen. They called me apologized for what had happened and took care of the replacement at no out of pocket expense from me. Professional and responsible and I never feel like I am being taken advantage of quite the opposite I feel like I'm being taken care of. Absolute terrible service. I took my brand new Mercedes van to get a screw out of my tire.As soon as I parked it the kid asked me if I have a special tool to get off my plastic hubcap. I should've left at that point. 45 minutes later, my van is still not done and now I have two stripped bolts in my hub of my brand new van. If you look at the screws that they gave me, you can tell that they're all striped on the bottom. Likely use an impact gun on full power to remove the screws from my rim. If I let them replace the hub, it's kind of void my warranty with Mercedes. Now the van is unsafe to drive with only three screws, holding my rear tire on. This is a Service vehicle, which Hass to be on the road every day doing service calls. This company is not taking responsibility and now I'm gonna have to sue them in a court of law. The guy in the lobby would not call the owner he told me the owner was on vacation. Terrible service. I would never take my vehicle there again or never recommend them to anybody. I'm a small business owner when you screw something up then take accountability for it. The kid that was doing my tire didn't even have a uniform, so I am pretty sure he was new and didn't know what he was doing. Once I went in the office and told the guy the kid doesn't even know how to take off my hubcap they should've had somebody else work on my brand new van. read more

Called the day before to get alignment done and was told to come in Saturday morning. So I come in and was early at 8:00. I was told it'd be 3 hours , three hours later I call nad her says we will have it done in an hour. So one hour later I come to pick up my truck at 1:00 and it's still not finished. I asked how much longer and was told another 30 mins I also spoke to gentleman at counter to discuss my frustration because I'm also missing work and he told me I can take it off the rack and leave. Not good customer service either Welp that turned into another 2 hours later so 3:00 is when my truck was finally complete I'd never bring my business here again and I suggest anyone else who needs an alignment please go elsewhere read more

Had McFall do a brake job on my 2013 Toyota 4Runner a few months ago and after a couple of months I started to hear loud rattling from the left from wheel and right rear wheel. Check the brake assemblies and found missing retainer pins for the brake pads, caliper bolts installed incorrectly and loose and retainer clips missing from the brake line securing point where the hard line couples with the soft flexible line. I have been going to McFall Tire and Auto for several years and I always leave happy with the customer service and work performed, however, my most recent interaction with this business was far beyond my expectations. I recently moved to Denver from the valley where I've spent most of my life, so when it came to buying snow tires I was lost. I have used every shop in the Avondale Area and finally went to McFalls about 3 years ago after dodging them, as I thought it was only a tire place. You walk in, two gruff CAR guys are there "Hen Picking" the keyboards. I am not there for the song and dance but to get my car fixed. Both Doug and Rocky have taken my car in and returned to me at no charge for small issues. So of course I came back. Tires, oil changes, engine repairs, everything, they have given me a fair deal everytime. I walk out of there paying for what was done. So those that have had a bad experience, good luck with Wilhelm or Goodyear as they will take your money. When I picked it up last Monday, I called because it was still jerking after they "worked" on it. The guy told me to give it until Wednesday. Well I took it back this past Saturday because it was getting 10 times worse and they told me my transmission went out. I have a huge issue with that because I have three diagnostics done including one at your shop and that one came back a transmission code. I get work done at the shop and now my transmission is messed up. I need you to help me understand what's going on because I really need my vehicle fixed and reimbursement for the services I paid for. Roger did explain sometimes code can override another code , but like I told him nothing will override a transmission code. Lawrence was extremely rude and I almost had my brother come up there on him. I recorded the conversation. He was extremely disrespectful while I'm trying to ask questions about my vehicle because it's not making sense and adding up. Roger was nice and did explain but what he is saying still isn't making sense because I didn't come in there with a transmission issue but yet I left with my transmission being completely shot. i had a friend of mine take my truck to the shop and need someone to take a look n they gave me a list of stuff needed repair.i said go ahead they were suppost to do a alignment n didnt do it right n cost me 2 400 dollar tires. i asked for them to help with the cost of tires n they said it due to the time they had to do repairs and they told my there was another repair needed to be done....but when i talked to the tech he said it should make it to my destination without problems...so if you need alignment they most likely wont get it right then blame you that you didnt repair all thats wrong read more

My car needed oil change ..I specifacly asked if they add windshield fluid the answer was yes ...a week after my oil change ..I try to vibe of dirt of my windshield and there was no fluid coming out ,bought a gallon and emptied the whole bottle ,my daughter took her car for oil change and they did not add any coolant fluid ..she double checked after she got the car and they sure did not after they told her that they did , not trust worthy of their service , not going back for sure ! read more

Best auto shop to do business with, hands down. I've never experienced a negative interaction or had problems with this location. Great customer service and great prices for services provided. I used to take my car to the dealership but I felt like I was getting ripped off and didn't feel confident in knowing what was truly going on with my vehicle. Here they explain things thoroughly and, while I don't know a ton about cars, I feel like they're sincere in how they do business and making sure the customer is taken care of. I even had a nail in my tire today and came by and they were able to immediately fix and patch it for me for free! They've got a customer for life with me and I will always recommend this shop. I bought a set of tires from Mcfall abut a year ago. Nothing fancy, but good smooth quiet tires at a great price; I've been very happy with them. Picked up a nail yesterday and popped in about 4:30. The fellow told me to come back today at 7:30, and they'd try to get me in. Showed up at 7:30, they took the truck right away. Forty minutes later, they had fixed the nail hole, balanced and rotated the tires, and didn't charge me a thing. Gotta love these guys!!! read more

Hands down, take your car here! As a single young woman, I am often very selective about where to take my car for services, since many shops are disrespectful or try to take advantage customers based on appearance. About 2 months ago, I was starting on a road trip from Phoenix to Santa Barbara, when near Goodyear, my car hit a pet kennel that had fallen in the express lane, and my car spun out across 4 lanes of highway traffic. I have no idea how I, or my car survived, but miraculously, I ended up in the emergency lane unscathed, facing the right direction. My car turned on, and so I took the nearest exit to see if I could get it checked, since I wasn't about to continue across the 10 without making sure the incident hadn't damaged something major. I looked up some nearby shops, and had limited options due to Saturday hours at most places, and then after driving around a bit I landed at McFall's. I was amazed by the kindness and professionalism at McFall Tire. I explained my unique circumstances, and the staff rearranged their schedule to be able to check my car to see if I could continue my trip. In the end, my car was fine--but they didn't even charge me, saying that no one in their right mind would charge somebody for an emergency situation like that. It's rare for a car shop to demonstrate outstanding customer service like that these days, much less kindness, since I'm not even a regular client! I live in Scottsdale, so it's hard for me to get to Goodyear for my regular car services, but if I could, I would take my car only to McFall's. I was recommended this place by a friend and I needed my AC fixed ASAP. I got an appt the first time easily and they replaced the blower motor and everything went well. Two weeks later my AC goes out again and I call them to help me out again. I take my car in and wait for over an hour and instead of fixing or even checking my AC, they gave me an oil change and charged me for it before I realized the mistake. I waited around for another 30 minutes and they told me the actual cost would be $640. I called another mechanic to get a second opinion and the second mechanic charged me less and was 30 minutes closer to my house. I called up the owner at McFall and asked for a refund since I wouldn't be having him fix it after all. He said if I wanted a refund I had to go in person to get it. The next day I drove an hour and a half to get the refund and found out it never went through so I wasted my time, gas, and money for absolutely nothing. Very disappointing and would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

In May, 2019, I took my used Nissan Quest van to McFalls to have the electric windows repaired. Both front windows were faulty. I was extremely exhausted due to medical procedures my husband had had. I knew the hot weather was coming and I wanted to visit my grandkids in the van. I also have a stress disability. I told Rocky, the service mgr that I wanted the windows fixed. After that, I called him, told him the $900 he quoted scared me. I asked if there was any way to repair them more cheaply. The mistake I made was not removing the vehicle while I researched this issue and made a final decision. However, I don't feel that they had the right to ignore my concerns, pretend they didn't know I could in fact have it done more cheaply elsewhere and to keep working unless I drove the van away. Rocky said, its done, you can pick it up. It wasn't done and with years of experience, he must have known I could have had the windows done elsewhere for half price. Because I left the van in the shop, they fixed the right passenger window.(an approximate $250 loss to me) I did find a local place online that repairs electric windows for half the cost with metal refurbished parts. I called again and Rocky said the windows were done. The drivers side window was not repaired. A worker at the shop told me they had to tweak it in some way, which I believe was not true, it simply hadn't been finished. (the second $250 loss to me). They continued to work on the van and charged me $900 without tax etc. I had read on neighborhood forum by more than one person that they sometimes claim to have done repairs when they hadn't, yet charged for that verified by other repair places, showing the unrepaired parts. I don't think its ok to fool and lie to customers and take advantage of them in this way. The manager even told me after I started to complain that he would give me money back, which he then refused to do. Theres always some excuse to hoodwink people. I wrote him a note stating my objections, but left it with the worker who had told me they had to tweak it, which I feel was false. I am a woman, a senior, and I have a stress disability. I feel they took advantage of me. I don't think this is OK. I have always had the best service from Discover card. They will do this to other people unless they are discouraged from being false like this. I asked for only $300 off, because it was an out and out lie that the second window had been done at the higher price. I think these people should be stopped from pursuing their shady practices. After this, I found YOUR MECHANIC online, mobile. They give great prices, have time to answer questions, and alert you to needed maintenance. I also found a mobile car AC firm and a body guy who also gave great advice for selling my car. All on the Internet. BE CAREFUL, BUT FIGHT BACK! read more
