Brought my 2011 VW Jett in for new serpentine belts and new coolant hoses they replaced all of them and had me on the road in no time. The mechanics decided to cut my dust shield and didn't let me know! This is very unprofessional and makes the shop look like amateurs. For the value, I would never come back to this place in my life. When i was trying to install my caliper it made it harder to do so, having to unbend the dust shield more so it doesn't scrape on my rotors. I wish their was more honesty within this shop. I had them install new bearings into my new knuckles, when i got my parts back i was fairly pissed to see they did a half ass job (they forgot to put the abs in the knuckle with the bearing) which I drove back to teach them how to do their own job upon being told they know better. read more

I had just moved here from Virginia and I desperately need it to get my brakes done. I had it hadn't even been here month, So I didn't even know where to go for auto repairs. I called the dealer and of course the qoute they gave me was exorbitant. Which why I'd never go to the dealer. So I just yelped auto repair. I just found and went to the closest shop had the most stars. It turned out to be 2amigos and that turned out to be a blessing and a lifesaver. We just moved to Verrado and found that my 4-Runner was dripping oil (just had the oil changed before the trip here and never had an issues like this before). I was able to get a next-day drop-off appointment with 2 Amigos (I had called 2 other places off Yelp, both with no appointments for 7 days!!!). We drove, to what seemed like the middle of nowhere (we're not quite adjusted to life here yet ) and found 2 Amigos, and Jackie in the cleanest, most-organized office I've ever seen at an auto shop. A few hours later we were back to pick it up and were shocked to find that the issue was a simple fix and cost us less than we had just spent on Alkaline water! Unbelievable! Fantastic service! This was a nice small business before not too expensive and good customer service, I been going to this place for all my tire issues for the last five years until today that I needed a tire, the prices nearly double and if you pay with a debit or credit card they have a five dollars charge for paying with a card, and the employee helping me has an attitude problem, never again would I give them any of my business I don't care if I have to drive 25 miles more to take care of whatever problem I have. read more

I wouldn't trust what they say. If you drive a nice car they'll raise the price from the original price, they said it was $15 and then added an extra five for one small little nail and say it was a difficult task but only took them 15 minutes they seem desperate for money so if you have a nice car I would go there. read more

I needed brakes and possibly new rotors for my vehicle. The big name mechanic ALWAYS charge an arm and a leg for this routine repair. I found 2 Amigos on my neighborhood app and gave them a try! Their receptionist is very friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed me to bring my own brakes and rotors. Gave me a call a few hours later to tell me my car was done and I can return the rotors to the store since they just machined my existing ones! To me that's honest service since the price would've been more if they had decided to replace them instead. read more

This is my fourth visit to this auto repair shop and I keep coming back because it is so awesome. My first visit was for shocks and struts for my Honda Ridgeline. The dealership wanted $2,300 dollars, Big O Tires wanted $1,800 dollars, and this place did the same job for $1,100 dollars. I came back a couple times since then, but the latest was to have the same vehicle serviced based on what the dealership told me it needed, which was a new water pump, new tensioners, and the oil pump resealed. The dealership wanted a little over $2,300 dollars and this auto shop did the same job for a little over $800 dollars. Top of the line work without having to pay dealership prices. I had a rough week getting a flat tire, having a friend fix it with the spare. Then the next day getting another flat on another tire with the spare still on the one tire, LOL. So I left it at a gas station and the owner came to my rescue and went above and beyond when roadside service isn't offered and came to help me change it out so i can get the truck to the shop and get it fixed. I was charged nothing but the tire fee. I was extremely happy with the service offered and will always use 2 amigos in the future and recommend them as well. We were recommended to them buy the tow truck driver. Starting to think he may be in on the scan. We took our Dodge Intrepid, first it was a sensor then it was a timing belt, yes the timing belt did need to be changed I'll give them that. Then it was the computer system then it was the sensors again all in all we were out $800 and our car is still not fixed. Worst decision in Auto Care to go to 2 Amigos. All they want is your money and will do anything to keep you quiet so you don't say how bad their business really is. Wouldn't be surprised if some of the manager and the mechanics and the young lady in the front office knew personally people who have made positive comments. Do not go here unless you want to lose money and in the end still not have a running vehicle. We live in Buckeye we don't live in Metro Phoenix we need a car and they completely altered our lives for a whole week and we got nothing in return. read more
