I was having a body image crisis at the start of summer this year. I convinced my husband that we (or at least I) needed a personal trainer. Like many, I have a gym membership and have done Crossfit, Pilates, Barre, etc. in the past but wanted/needed specific targeted guidance. So after a 100lb weight loss and working out the best I knew how and pretty dedicated, I decided I needed to step it up and get professional guidance to help me reach my goal, to get fit at 57, and compete, however I dare not tell my friends that. If I could rate AZ Bodybuilding with 50 stars instead of 5 I would!! I contacted Ty specifically for competition coaching for figure. I had competed before without a coach and done OK on my own but once I began his competition program I don't even know how I did it on my own before. This Bodybuilding gym is one of the best decision I had ever made in my life. Growing up I was fat and chubby throughout middle and high school. I had to try to lose weight on my own and try my best to look tone. But no matter how hard I try I just couldn't get it down until I went to this gym one day and saw Coach Cane. Was cut on the door to the sauna manager Sebastien Dimaggio seemed to think it was no big deal very un professional before that there was a co worker there bye the name of justin saying its no big deal when he signed me up he was asking if i wanted roids and how hes on them so is the manager sebastain and telling me prices etc very professional. They selling illegal steroids in the bathroom and was giving some guy needles will be reporting this to higher management i dont feel safe going to a drug infested gym especially since its brand new was looking forward to it the manager and some justin kid are ruining my experience at this location hope everyone else wrights down thwere reviews so people seee whats going on and we can get a better staff these to are dealing illegal stuff to people and think its ok to talk out into the open about drug use infront of famlies and members............ read more

I first contacted Coach Cane in November 2017 and immediately started working with him towards prepping for a 2018 physique competition. Right off the bat I had a personal connection with him and I felt like I could see tremendous success working under his guidance. Since then I have went through two knee surgeries during our prep. in September I reached out to Shanita (I trained with her in the past) to see if she was up for training both my husband and I.
