I have been coming to EOS Fitness since October 2020, and it has been my main gym since then. When I first started, the basketball court was still closed, but I enjoyed it when it reopened. Unfortunately, they had to get rid of the basketball court back in April this year after it became a liability with some guys in there getting in fights. It has since been replaced with more workout equipment. Even without the basketball court, I still use the medicine ball to do shooting motions so I can stay ready whenever I do play basketball. They have a wide selection of equipment for the price you pay. While some of the equipment is a little older than other locations, this is the main location I come to because it is the closest EOS to where I live. They recently added some more modern equipment, which is pretty cool. Another reason I enjoy EOS is its friendly staff. Whenever they are not busy, I enjoy having friendly conversations with them about life and other things, and they always ask me what day it is at the gym. No matter the day, I take every day in the gym seriously, but I also make sure to have fun with it. EOS Fitness is an excellent choice for a gym with great equipment at a reasonable price. On Thanksgiving day, I had Spinal surgery. I have not worked since November 2025. I was paying EOS $24 a month with no contacting them because I was in recovery finally and when I got a chance I placed the account on hold for three months unaware. It was charging five dollars a month.. Those five dollars fees were returned by my bank and when I looked at the statements were charging me (2) $36 overdraft fee for each one. They show you how insensitive they are the receptionist Jessica told me proudly what they were declined. Don't even give a damn about my situation and I'm standing there with two rods in my back limp in there. I had to come back the following week so that the $15 were clear so I can use the gym so I want the whole month of June when I should be in their rehab clearing up this BS they disrespectful they don't care EOS they sucks. I hope they go out of business To make a long story short, I put my account on hold for three months back in February with EOS. I was unaware it was charging me $5 dollars a month. They didn't tell me that while I was in recovery. I was unaware of $15. I paid the $15 10!days ago thinking that everything was OK. But for whatever reason they come up with these charges, they came out to $49.99 with the $15 total $65!! EOS is giving me a credit for $25. I needed the refund money. read more

There are no dedicated showers for a handicapped individual. There is one shower with bars and a bench with no signage so everyone uses it. I have waited as long as 45 minutes for the shower and it is the only one I can use.​ read more

I've been an EōS member for nine years now, having the highest membership tier that allows me to hop around locations, and I gotta say that this location is pretty decent. They have already expanded once and fixed up the parking lot so it's nice. They also have the best instructors here (shout out to Alycia and Sydney). EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a nightmare though as it's a very popular EōS location. I often find myself parking in the back, which isn't bad during the cooler months, but during the summer, it's awful. The sun is in your eyes the whole walk out to the front as the front faces westwards and I usually pop in during the afternoon. To be fair, I think all EOS have a parking lot situation that is reminiscent of Squid Game season two's merry-go-round game. We can't have it all, I suppose. read more

This location is a ZOO. You can only go before 3:00pm, or anytime Sunday. Despite the expansions, it remains way too packed to even park. Zero treadmills available. Do not come in with a workout plan if you aren't ready to use one of the four machines available. This seems to be true with both nearby locations. It's a shame because I do like EOS, but you're going to need an Anytime Fitness membership eventually once you see the volume of this place. read more

When I lived nearby this was my gym and for the most part no complaints. Everyone that worked there were nice, lots of equipment to choose from. At the end of my time there my ac went out at home and being able to shower at the gym was nice, felt clean as well. I would definitely come back to workout here. read more

My friend came for the free trial and they talked her into the 4 months membership with a trainer and they only trained her once and scammed her out of 100$ a month for those 4 months she couldn't cancel it because of a "contract" and they never trained her again after the one training. Just unsure how to give a EOS representative a shout out!!! her name is Nova! She greets you when you come in the door at the Alma school/60 location and it's genuine not fake or forced, of course everyone is supposed to greet you, but she goes above and beyond and has a conversation with you. I've even caught her at times when she's busy or in the middle of something and she always takes the time to acknowledge you. Not all the reps even acknowledge you as a matter of fact there is one girl who works there who I always wonder why she's even there, seems like she always has an attitude, never smiles and very unwelcoming. I try my best to avoid her now because she definitely will spoil your mood, I feel like if people don't want to be there they shouldn't even come in, especially if you're in a position where you are a customer service facing. I've been a member at EOS for many years now and it's not often where I run into great customer service, most times it seems like they don't even want to be there! Granted there are a few others who speak to you and do the requirement, but Nova stands out from everyone! Nova deserves acknowledgment for representing EOS to the highest standard! The worst experience I've ever had with any gym. This EOS location reactivated my cancelled account without permission or knowledge, charged me for 6 months, and then sent it to collections. When I tried to resolve it, management told me the only "forgiveness" was to sign up for another membership to clear my "debt". BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!! Had to pay them for services I never knew I was being charged for just to get out of collections. Called several times to cancel, only to be refused and directed online. Online process for cancelling is obtuse to the nth degree, obviously on purpose to retain memberships by banking on people's frustration. The stated reason for refusal to cancel membership was they did it over the phone once and the member didn't get a confirmation and can't pull account info. The guy just pulled up my email and read my name to me, lol. Either the staff are playing dumb to keep people from canceling, or they're actually that dumb and lazy. Unsurprising if it's the latter The company and its staff have no principles outside of the superficial. The staff consistently exhibit dishonest, lazy behavior- but it's infamous at this point, it's why they removed reviews on their Apple Maps page. Walked in as a guest and discovered there was a late fee from 2 years prior that I knew nothing about. They set me up as a new member in order to pay for the supposed fees owed, then cancelled my membership same day on the spot. One month later I'm being charged an annual fee AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP WAS CANCELLED! Why would I be charged an annual fee if my membership was closed same day. This gym is awesome and really does deserve a 5 star for all the amenities they have and where they're located, however I've never ever been to a EOS or gym ever that was this busy all the time. Like literally, there's no downtime or slow time at this gym, it's always always busy, so because of that, equipment isn't always available to use. But that isn't particularly a complaint. It's more of just explaining for the person reading the review because I know some people want to be at a gym with less people than more, but some people don't care at all. There's a pool but no hot tub in case anyone cares, but they have a sauna in the pool room. I like that it's in the pool room because I can go in with my husband. I don't like the ones that are in the bathrooms themselves because I can't be with him. I've been going here for over a year and my husband for I believe over 2 years. I met my personal trainer here that I still work with even though he's at another gym. My daughter loves the play place and the staff that works with the children. It's very big and has a lot of fun areas to fun around in for the children. I know some other locations aren't as cool with their child area. We love the app, we love the service and the staff. This is the EOS we use most as its closest to our sons school. Pros: 1. Many Shower and Bathroom stalls compared to some other EOS we have been into. 2. Staff is friendly and gave me a guest barcode so I wouldn't have to fill out the guest form everytime I come in with my husband. 3. They have the $10 a month Towel service! 4. The place is very clean! Cons 1. The cinema room is quite small and cramped 2. The cinema room gets super hot if more than a couple people are in it. 3. They didn't tell us that all EOS don't have the towel service so we didn't know when we went to the Scottsdale one. We haven't tried out the kids area yet but will update when we do! I have to say there has been a consistent effort to keep equipment functioning. I still won't set foot in the sauna. Capacity has been a very big issue. I cannot say it's new years resolutions. It is more packed than ever. Thursday the gym was so overloaded A,B,C,D,E, and F plans thrown out the window. It seems like they either need to expand or open a location at riverview. January 14 I registered as a new member at the Mesa greenfield location great location by the way . This location on Alma school was the worst . I prepared a duffle bag with workout clothes for two weeks .. January 15 I loaded a locker at the Alma school location . I moved to this location because it was only 5 min away from job at banner medical at the time . I come back on the 17th of January only to find my lock has been cut by the employee at the gym . When I asked about my locker I was told a homeless person had been living the locker room and they wanted to cut locks that had been in there for a long time . Someone, anyone read more

I'm extremely frustrated with management! I canceled my membership in July of this year and have still not received my refund and it is almost the end of October. I have called every week or every other week for the past four months for me to be told that I need to wait two weeks to see my refund in my bank account. Every time I call back the answer that they give me is "I don't know why it isn't going through..." To also mention, every time I call I ask for them to give me a call back when someone that can help is available to call me, but I never receive a call! Management also says that I'm the one that needs to call to see if I got the refund as they themselves will not tell me if it went through. It's been four months and I still do not have a refund for my annual membership and three months worth of monthly fees.
