They did not do the work correctly, causing the paint to feel "sticky", leaving dust and debris to stick on the car. No matter how many times I tried to wash it, it will not clear. Prior to coming to the shop, I had gotten estimates from three different shops. This shop gave me a great deal, almost 50% cheaper than the other shops. They responded to my texts promptly, and finished the job on time. Another nice thing about this, when I came pick up my car, the owner said "oh, we came in under budget" and charged me $50 less than the original quote he gave me. I have never gotten this kind of service from anyone. I will for sure recommend this to everyone I know.

Thankfully, the tire shop accepted responsibility. In the following days, I contacted R&R Dent Removal for an estimate after coordinating with the claims specialist. I brought my vehicle in and Jeremy promptly gave me an estimate, stating the dent would be able to be restored to 95% of its original condition, quoting one hour for the repair. I submitted this to my claims specialist who mailed a check after approving the estimate. By the next week, I brought my car in. In literally 30 minutes, I was out the door and blown away by the results. Jeremy corrected it to 100%, as if the dent never happened. I tried my hardest looking at every angle -- nothing.
